Very genuine and Best Kennel in Hyderabad, blindly we take our new member into our family, Danny anna gave best quality puppy ( I have purchased Husky snow white) with best price in entire india.

Very disappointed with the store’s false information and negligence. I bought my puppy Flinto from this store, and they assured me that all his vaccinations were completed. Later, when I took him to the vet, I found out that no vaccinations were actually given. Because of this negligence, Flinto got infected with a serious virus, which put his life at risk and caused a lot of pain and medical expenses. This experience has been heartbreaking. Please be very careful and always verify vaccination records before trusting what the store says. Transparency and honesty are extremely important when it comes to the health of pets. It is disappointing to see that they are not able to understand their mistake even after communicating . The only document provides to us was a sheet of paper mentioning it is vaccinated without any information about the vaccines that have been given. I’ve called them when flinto needed immediate blood transfusion seeking help if they can do any , they said they will get back till date I haven’t received any more so not even any concern call. I dont think they’re really bothered . Only after this review I’ve started to get calls that too just to ask for our documents and not concerned about what we’re still going through. Please double check the vaccinations which we’re given and ask for a document of all the vaccines provided and also if they’re provided in a proper manner. I was also surprised to understand that Danny pet store just provides pets but they don’t monitor closely if vaccinations are given properly as I understand . Please be very careful pet lovers. We’re still going through a hard time due to this negligence from our side not to ask them earlier and the pet store for not taking care properly

Good quality pets I had been taken an Shitzu it was healthy and good it’s age is 2 years I bought it at 35 days it’s well and good no complaint. Here they do bathing and cleaning good and super clean. And their maintenance is also good. Thanks And I prefer to buy pets here. Thank you

Our experience with Danny was unresponsive and disappointing We called Danny multiple times over a period of a month seeking his time to talk and welcome home a puppy. We one morning called him and we were told to come to store by a specific time. We traveled for 40 km and went there but he wasn’t there. When we called, he simply said his boys are there and that he won’t be coming. May be it was a one off incident but extremely saddening experience. We reached out to another breeder and lucked out on an incredible puppy, touchwood. Also this other breeder is very very responsive, guides us almost every day despite it being 10 days and helps us through every step of the way. So I guess we just lucked out Danny did not work out for us

For a first time pet parent I was really happy with the overall experience. We are proud to have owned a apricot colour toy poodle which is rare as per my knowledge. It was a slightly busy time when I visited the place on a weekend but all their staff and the owner were very patient and friendly and acknowledged all our questions before buying our dream puppy. I really wish they soon expand their branch which has all the pet requirements so that it becomes a one stop-shop for all pet needs. Hoping they have great future endeavours soon.

The store and the dogs were well maintained, creating a positive first impression. However, the experience became unpleasant when the staff quoted prices higher than what the owner had originally stated. This inconsistency in communication was disappointing and affected the overall visit despite the otherwise good environment.

Our experience with danny pet store was extremely disappointing and stressful. We were sold what was claimed to be a Siberian Husky, yet we never received the vaccine certificate or breed certificate that they promised before payment. After taking the pet home, we reached out to them again and again, hoping for a solution, but the replies we got were shockingly short, careless, and absolutely unhelpful. It felt like once they took the money, they stopped caring about us or the pet’s well-being. We trusted this shop, but the way they handled everything felt irresponsible and unprofessional. We would strongly advise others to be very careful and double-check everything before dealing with them. We honestly wish we had never purchased from this place and hope no one else has to go through such a bad experience.

I’m writing this review after two years, two years back u have taken Siberian husky from Danny pet store and kennels, I’m very much satisfied with quality price and health matters , I have attached my boy pictures, And my friends also has taken golden retrievers and others breeds from this kennels, we all r happy with the service and quality, one word to say is the best and top pet store in Hyderabad. In fact, I went to buy a poodle, but they suggested Me this, and I’m really very thankful for that. He is very healthy and very active. I mean it.

This is the best pet shop in Hyderabad!!! If you wanna have a pet please do visit ! The staff is very polite and welcoming Specially Dave as a person and manager is very nice… I went to this shop casually but end up buying because of the quality of birds and Dave’s behaviour towards customer. All the animals here are tamed and are super friendly with high quality as well. Loved the experience!👍🏻
