Did our wallpaper and curtains with Danube. Great experience with Hasan Elsherief. He was so helpful with helping me select the perfect materials. Installation teams were also very professional, especially the curtain team, they were meticulous! Highly recommend!

We had a very good experience with Danube Home Al Barsha for our parquet flooring and curtain installation. The quality of the work was excellent and the installation was done neatly and on time. A special thank you to the salesman Hassan El Sherief, who was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. He guided us through the selection and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Overall, we are very happy with the service and the final result. Highly recommended.

I recently visited Danube Home and had a wonderful experience. The store had a great selection of furniture, everything was well organized and high quality. I want to especially mention June, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave excellent suggestions that suited my budget and style. His friendly attitude made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

In store purchase was fine. Delivery date and time slot were set. Received confirmation via WhatsApp. Delivery team showed up at my doorstep 3 days before the delivery date with severely damaged gazebo parts. The supervisor called us and rescheduled a new delivery for the original date in the morning. Driver called at 6:49pm, asking if it was OK to come for a 3 hour service which included outside drilling. Every compound has the same noise rules after 5pm. No exception. 3 email sent to customer care. Almost 10 fruitless calls to annoying call centre. Finally, a promise they would deliver today. No slot. Someone would call me (No one has EVER replied ANY calls nor emails). Driver just called me from security gate at 7:12pm on a Sunday, saying security wouldn’t let them in because of the late hours. He said someone from the company would call me. Needless to say, no one did. Unacceptable behavior from delivery team and even more from the customer care, or should I say customer doesn’t care?

I wanted to buy two bedside tables! Since they only offered 7-day delivery, I chose my own delivery. They didn't inform me about the warehouse opening hours, but the main thing was that I had to buy it anyway. The warehouse was not prepared, they didn't inform me in advance that there would be a lunch break and that I wouldn't be able to pick up the product at that time! Google also only says that the opening hours are from 9am to 5pm! They don't write the lunch break anywhere and don't inform me about it! So I had to wait more than an hour to pick up the already paid product, which I had already paid for the day before! No one at the warehouse was helpful in solving the problem on site! I had a very bad experience!

Horrible to say the least. Ordered this unit and their team took 4 hours in assembly, I had to leave the house so told them to come the next day to continue it and they promised they would. 20 days later with constant follow ups, they never showed up. I called the customer service and told them, they said they need photos.. I send them photos and videos few days later and no one replies. I send them continuous messages and calls but no reply. Now this is what I have in the room, with no reply from them. Shame to say the least. Not sure how they’re doing any buisness with this kind of disgraceful service

I had a terrible experience with the flooring installation department. I made a small order for SPC flooring (37sqm). It was requested that the flooring was cleaned (obviously) and the unit painted. Danube sent unskilled workers who didn’t take care when entering the unit. The have chipped and bashed the fresh paintwork and have left dirty handprints on the walls where they have touched the walls. Instead of laying their equipment on the floor they leaned it against the walls causing more damage. The used both the electric and hand saw to cut the material inside the unit which created a huge mess. They proceeded to lay the flooring panels on top of the mess leaving the floor uneven and filthy underneath the new panels. It took them 7 hours to install roughly about 1/3 of the total area. They send unskilled workers who take no care inside your property and then tell you ‘no issue’

Such a nightmare service, horrible, cheap and negative 1000% professionals. An order of around 10,000AED that has been made and paid for a month ago, at time of delivery coming: 1st non complete ( out of an entire sofa set of 3 & 4 seaters they brought me 2 chairs) 2nd not bad enough those 2 chairs were even defective. 3rd another full white chair they decided to fix it uncovered and they made it all dirty with their hands. 4th one of the delivery guys decided to start fixing the missing sofa seats on the floor in my front yard. Another nightmare and a whole useless journey with customer service and complaints team and product team starts when i didn’t accept taking ( the dirty chair - non complete sofa - and defective chairs of it ) for continuous 3 days that am running after them to find out where is my proper order. To come up with conclusion: 1 That one of them decided to write i asked for cancellation of my order while i didn’t. 2 Said a manager will get in touch which never happened. 3 Another one after so many trials to make her understand the case, said oh i see your items might not even be in stock anymore but i cant confirm. And anyways if it’s not there we will refund you the money for it. Juts one of the worst if not the actual worst experience you might ever see or deal with with such a big name and brand. such a shameful experience that you might not even get close to it if you bought from china market mall. They don’t respect their customers. They don’t value the customers nor the amounts spent at their defective products. And super cold blood service and customer service zero don’t dream to think of follow ups or that they would care. The representative over the phone said i would give you a manager email if you feel you want to escalate that’s the level of customer care they have. Please everyone TAKE CARE TAKE FULL CARE AND CAUTION, i’d rather you throw your money on the floor instead of they will do it and in-front of you

I bought the New Eden 1 + 2-Seater Balcony Set (White/Yellow) from Danube Home less than a year ago. Despite very light use, one of the chairs got completely damaged — the seat tore apart and became unusable. I contacted customer service and shared all the details and photos, but unfortunately received no response at all. I really expected better quality and after-sales support from such a well-known brand. I’m attaching photos so people can see the real condition of the chair after only a few months of normal use.

We recently purchased a sofa-cum-bed, recliner, and bed + mattress from Danube Home, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The quality was outstanding, far superior to other stores we visited like PAN, Homebox, and Home Centre and the prices were surprisingly affordable. A special thank you to Mr. Olfin, who was incredibly patient and supportive. He assisted us over two days and nearly 6 hours of selection, helping us find the perfect pieces without any pressure. His guidance and professionalism made all the difference. Highly recommended if you're looking for great furniture, excellent service, and real value for money. 💯

Extremely Disappointed - Worst After‑Sales Experience I’ve Ever Had !! I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Danube Home has been so frustrating and unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased furniture and a premium mattress from the Al Barsha branch, expecting professionalism and quality. The sales experience was good, but everything that followed was a complete disaster. The delivery team was unhygienic, untrained, and careless. They mishandled the items, brought them in without proper protection, and even delivered a mattress that was dusty, poorly sealed, and visibly damaged. This is supposed to be a premium product with a 25‑year warranty, yet it arrived looking like a used return. The worst part? The after‑sales support is almost non‑existent. I raised complaints through the call center, followed up multiple times, and even sent detailed written complaints with photos. Despite all this, I received no meaningful response for days. The lack of accountability and urgency is shocking for a brand of this size. When a customer spends thousands of dirhams, the least they deserve is proper support and a timely resolution. This entire experience has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and even health issues at home due to the dusty mattress. I expected far better from Danube Home, but the service I received was far below acceptable standards. I genuinely hope the management takes this seriously, because no customer should have to go through this level of frustration just to get basic support.

First time patronising these guys and I'm truly disappointed at their service. It took 35 minutes and 3 employees at the store to finally figure out their ordering system for custom mattress. Finally placed the order and was assured it would take maximum 10 days. We expressed the urgency as our son would have no bed to sleep on. They assured us it would definitely arrive on or before the 10 days. 8 days later and no mattress. Called and put on hold for 15 mins after which I was told it would be delivered within the 10 days. It has no been 12 days and no mattress or update. Called again and was told delivery time is 15 days. This was not communicated to us at the store or by the agent I spoke to. I was assured of 10 days. Do not give terms you are unable to uphold. I made plans based on their communicated delivery timeline and now in a fix with no mattress. Will definitely never patronise these guys again. Worst part is the completely useless customer service that just offers no solution and just says you will get a call back that never happens.
