Very very bad experience, I visited the shop,and the machine made an alarm during my exit,why wasn't i stopped from entering the shop since the machine made an alarm,I was stopped back and forth by the supervisor and madam Sarah about 4 times at my exit,I raised attention from.all customers like am thief,not even a polite explanation of the whole cause of the embarrassment, kindly activate cameras to track customers instead of embarrassing them, and also dont let customers to proceed with the shopping incase of any suspicions.

Really bad experience,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the extremely unprofessional behavior exhibited by some of your sales personnel. Not only were they rude, but they also used inappropriate and offensive language towards customers, which is completely unacceptable. Such conduct reflects poorly on your organization and creates a negative experience for customers. I have already submitted a formal complaint regarding this incident, as I believe that employees with such attitudes are detrimental to the reputation and success of any customer-focused business.
