Normal time to process any query is 10 days. Summer timings are till 5:00 pm, while Winter timings are till 4:30 pm, (with a 1.5 hour lunch, prayer break in between).

When Hazrat Mufti Sahib Quds Sira founded Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi, he not only satisfied himself by quenching the academic thirst of the students, but also established Darul Ifta so that even distant Muslims could get guidance in their academic needs. So, Muslims from all over the world started sending their questions and their scholarly and research answers were written from here. Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani Sahib received special fatwa training from his father Majid Hazrat Maulana Mufti Muhammad Shafi Sahib, may God bless him and grant him peace, in addition to the great people of his time, and worked under his supervision until his last breath. He did not publish any important writings without showing them or listening to them, because of such a long association and the long exercise of fatwa under the supervision of Akbar and the special quality of research and moderation in complex issues, the scholars and muftis of the Arabs and non-Ajams. Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi (Urdu: جامعہ دارالعلوم کراچی‎, Jāmi‘ah-yi Dāru’l-‘Ulūm-i Karāchī ) is an Islamic seminaryin Karachi, Pakistan. It continues the tradition of the Darul uloom system initiated by Darul Uloom Deoband (the largest Sunni Hanafi Fiqh following Madarsa). The secondary schools have individual faculties for both boys and girls. The school has the highest standards of Islamic education and offers a combined curriculum covering traditional Islamic studies and contemporary academic subjects.

This is overall a great place because we have Islamic scholars there to guide us in everything Mashallah. May Allah bless the people running this. I went there and was guided by scholars on the matters i needed help. Its all for free guys ask away your questions from this place.

The president of Darul Uloom Karachi is the Grand Mufti of Pakistan, Muhammad Rafi Usmani; the Vice President is Muhammad Taqi Usmani. Both are the children of the founder.
