I purchased an electric stove (hot plate) rated at 1000W. After two days of use, the performance was poor and not suitable for cooking, despite having the same power rating as my previous unit, which I used for four years. I attempted to exchange it within three days. The invoice clearly states that replacement is allowed within seven days with the invoice; there is no requirement mentioned about keeping the box. However, the store refused the replacement, claiming the original box was mandatory and referring to “company policy,” which was not stated at the time of purchase or on the invoice. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to product quality and unclear, inconsistent return terms. This was my first purchase from them and will likely be my last.

Magasin bien organisé et on y trouve de tout, c’est pratique. L’ambiance est sympa, mais les prix sont un peu plus élevés que chez certains concurrents situés juste à côté. Dommage, car ça pourrait être une excellente adresse. Ça reste une option correcte pour dépanner ou trouver certains articles.

Cheap and affordable items ranging from kitchen accessories to stationery. Everything is under 10 dirhams I'm pretty sure. I'm a regular avid customer and I would for sure recommend this to friends. Also to note is that you get what you pay for. The quality isn't out of this world if anything its pretty cheap.

It was easy to locate and it is accessible by public transport. To be candid, the items I bought were nothing to write home about. Even though the prices were pocket friendly, the quality was nothing to desire. I bought 2 backpacks they both came with zip problems same day.
