صبحانه خوب بود اما رفتار مدیر مناسب نبود و پنجره ی اتاق باز نمیشد که حس خوبی بهمون نداد

We had a great two-day stay at this hotel. The room had two twin beds and was very stylishly decorated. Everything, especially the toilet and bathroom, was very clean. The sheets and towels were clean. The room had a tea maker, tea, coffee, and sugar. There were toothbrushes, shampoo, toothpaste, and a hair dryer. The refrigerator was empty, only a large bottle of water was charged every day. The air conditioning and lighting in the room were very good. The restaurant was on the third floor. It only serves breakfast. The view of the breakfast hall was great. The breakfast was complete and varied, including all kinds of butter and cheese, cream, jam, cake, bread, soup and porridge, boiled eggs, tomato omelet, sausage omelet, orange juice, coffee, milk, tea, and cornflakes. The hotel has an elevator. BUT....The negative points are the lack of a special area for the hotel, and the other is a very narrow parking lot that is practically unusable. We only used it once and had such trouble getting the car out of the parking lot that we decided to park the car on the street in front of the hotel.The hotel manager also assured us that the car was right in front of the hotel's camera and would be checked. The next morning, when we checked out, we found that the car's bumper had been hit from behind and the car was damaged. We followed up with the hotel manager to identify the offending car, but he said, "You paid for a three-star hotel, how do you expect to get the services of a five-star hotel!"
