میخوام رزرو کنم واسه 15 روزی ولی چرا قیمت رزرو آنلاین با مستقیم قیمت متفاوته چرا وقتی از پرسنل هتل میپرسیم راهنمایی نمیکنن ؟ می‌ترسیم انلاین بوک کنیم و همون اتاقی بهمون ندن که مدنظرمونه

یک هتل افتضاح غیر حرفه ای و مسخره بابت دمپایی و مسواک و... پول میگیرند آنهم ۱۰درهم... صبحانه متوسط و اتاق کوچک و بدون ویو مناسب! و البته بسیار گران!

When we first checked in they informed us our breakfast was included and later the next day morning when we went to our buffet we were let in and eventually when we were adding food to our plates, the person, the service person just walks up to us asking that we are not eligible for the Buffett breakfast. So it is completely not humanitarian for them to stop us in between our meal. The attitude that they carry and the excuses they are ready with are completely not acceptable and are something that even a basic you know very cheap. Hotels can actually do a better job when it comes to the hospitality and the attitude that the staff here are carrying, especially with the kitchen buffet and the reception and the room service. Anything name it and they're worst with it.

I booked a non-smoking room, but when I came to check in they didn't have non-smoking rooms anymore available. So I had to choose to stay in a smoking room or upgrade to better room which feels wrong. So I paid like 200AED extra for their mistake. This shouldn't happen and I think they should offer the better room free of charge in this situation. This same has happened to me in other Wyndham hotels too.

الفندق نظيف وهادئ، لكن السلبية الوحيدة المواقف، لايوجد مواقف خاصة بالفندق، وخدمة صف السيارات لايوجد الا موظف واحد فقط، لو كان قبلك شخصين تحتاج وقت طويل حتى يحضر لك السيارة. وأيضا يوجد أعمال بناء بجوار الفندق تسبب إزعاج. ومساحة الغرفة صغيرة بالكاد تجد مكان للصلاة، وكذلك المروش.

Stayed at Days Hotel for 6 nights and must say that the stay was very comfortable. Rooms were very well maintained, spick, span and very hygienic. The hotel is so conveniently located with metro and bus acces right outside the lobby. Metro is in the same building without even having to step outside. There is a convience store, currency exchange, pharmacy, and handful of little cafes within the building. The Gold Souk and multiple other famous souks being right around the corner. While I had read mixed reviews before booking I was wondering if this is a good enough choice. But upon my stay for a week here I can vouch that this is the most convenient hotel I have stayed at. The staff unlike in most reviews mentioned, were extremely welcoming, provided instant assistance and very professional and cheerful. Breakfast option has a huge spread. Overall my stay and experience was of utmost comfort as I was also traveling with 2 kids and could not have asked for better connectivity in terms of location, hygienic environment and good food. Am pretty sure I will book Days Hotel for my next visit too. Thank you to all the in-house staff, front desk, kitchen, housekeeping and everyone else for this perfect experience.

I stayed here in February and I must say I am very pleased I did. The staff were just amazing, very patient and understanding. There was a bit of renovation going on at the time, but at check in the gentleman upgraded our room so we were away from the noise. The rooms are very nice and everything was clean. The area is quite new and very pleasant. Lots of restaurant near by. This will definitely be my hotel of choice every time I visit Dubai.

Ogni volta che devo fare tappa a Dubai scelgo questo hotel come alloggio e lo consiglio a tutti per i motivi che ora spiego. Innanzitutto l'hotel ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, offre il servizio  di sola colazione a buffet oppure, in alternativa  il servizio di mezza pensione. Le camere sono di giuste dimensioni, hanno una con buona zona letto ed un bagno cieco di discrete dimensioni.  La pulizia  della camera era ottima se non impeccabile, inoltre erano presenti numerosi  arredi su cui  poggare valige e vestiti. Il personale dell'hotel e lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. Tutti si adoperani per soddisfare al meglio qualsiasi richiesta. Unica nota leggermente negativa sta nella posizione nel  senso che bisogna cambiare metro per raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Le principali attrazioni della città sono raggiungibili con  la metro rossa mentre l'hotel  si trova sopra la fermata Gold Souq della metro vede pertanto è necessario salire nella verde e scendere a Union (dopo 2 fermate) per poi cambiare con la rossa. Questa leggera scomodità è compensata dai servizi presenti al piano terra dell'hotel,  sono presenti  tutte quelle agevolazioni che un tutista ha bisogno ovvero: supermercato, ristoranti, farmacia,  barbiere e fornitore di sim dati ed infine per raggiungere la metro basta scendere al piano -1.

Muy mal reserve hace meses para diciembre y ahora me sale reserva anulada por tarj mi tarjeta esta correcta encima la cambie y nada, y yo reserve con este nombre de hotel y se cambio a mercure dubai gold district, leyendo comentarios seguro lo hacen por el precio,reserve hace muchos meses e iré año nuevo , seguro por eso faltal estafa ,

Had a great stay at this hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, the service is pretty good, the breakfast had a lot of options. The surrounding area is very nice and walkable, and the metro station is in the same building. The hotel is also connected to a shopping center so you can get whatever you need at any time. Overall very pleasant experience.

５泊しました。部屋はシンプルで1人で使うには十分な広さです。特にクローゼットが機能的で使いやすかった！ フロントのスタッフの方の対応が素晴らしくどのスタッフの方もとても親切丁寧でした。 帰りの飛行機の時間に合わせてレイトチェックアウトのリクエストに笑顔で応じてくれました。本当にありがとうございました！！おかげで最終日もドバイ観光を楽しむことができました！ また立地もとてもよくメトロの駅からエレベーターで数秒でホテル、コンビニと便利でした！ とてもおすすめのホテルです！

Отель понравился - чисто, вежливый персонал. Включены завтраки - фуршет, большое разнообразие блюд, всегда есть что-то новое. За пять дней пребывания питание не показалось однообразным. Из минусов - продолжающийся ремонт из-за которого днём в здании постоянный шум перфоратора. Поэтому, если вы планируете рабочие встречи, заранее обговаривайте, что вам дадут тихий конференц-зал, где будет возможность работать в комфорте. Удалëнность от пляжей и достопримечательностей, чтобы куда-то добраться, придётся ехать. На метро, автобусом или такси, решать вам. Выход на станцию метро в здании отеля, автобусная станция перед входом. Рядом только золотой рынок, до которого можно дойти пешком за 15 минут.

Un accueil professionnel mais une expérience en demi-teinte Description : Suite à une déconvenue au "Wyndham Dubai Deira", on m'a proposé de loger au "Days Hotel By Wyndham Dubai Deira". Bien que cet hôtel soit moins bien que le précédent, nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer une réceptionniste très professionnelle et attentionnée qui, comprenant notre situation, nous a gracieusement surclassés en chambre familiale. Points positifs : L'accueil de la réceptionniste a été impeccable, faisant preuve de compréhension et de professionnalisme. Points négatifs : Cependant, la chambre n'était pas à la hauteur : propreté insuffisante avec des canapés et tapis sales, et une douche difficile à régler entre très chaud et très froid. Le petit-déjeuner a également été très décevant avec des jus ressemblant à du sirop dilué, un café fade et du lait en poudre. Une mauvaise impression générale qui a terni notre séjour. Conseil personnel : Un hôtel à éviter si la propreté et la qualité du petit-déjeuner sont des critères importants pour vous.

Rooms are good but service is too bad. They don’t provide any amenities in bathroom which is essential and most of the hotels provide it. Not even dental kit is is not provided. If we want one, they will cost 10 dirham per packet. Every amenties are paid. And for every service call they come late to the room. You need to call three four times to get room service. Only good thing is the cleanliness. And decent room

Feb.2 入住，可怕的服務品質，原本免費的牙刷刮鬍刀備品，打電話索取，服務人員說要收費，但我跟訂房網確認是有免費提供，另外房間沒有附吹風機，打電話要了三次，讓客人在晚上11點的時刻等了快一個小時才送到，入住期間，連房間瓶裝水都沒附，失望的體驗

The hotel is excellent and located in a very convenient area. Especially, its security system is highly efficient and praiseworthy. Monir from the security department assisted me with great professionalism. After I accidentally left my phone at the Esperia bar, he helped me retrieve it quickly with his sincere cooperation. Such service is truly commendable.

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are perfect for couples or a small family. The location is amazing both the metro and one deira mall are directly connected to the hotel. The mall also has a pharmacy and a small supermarket making everything super convenient. A special thanks to Lili at the Pomodoro! She is incredibly kind and attentive. She made sure we were always comfortable, checking in on us throughout our meal and when I mentioned I had a sore throat, she was so kind to make me soothing ginger tea and it was the best tea ever! I highly recommend staying here for its great service, great price, and an overall amazing experience.

On est qu'au début du séjour mais l'accueil est magnifique une très belle expérience qui s accompagné de sourire de la part de Lili la serveuse de l'hôtel. Le comportement du personnel est irréprochable, sérieux et professionnel. La chambre est confortable il n’y a rien à dire. Le petit déjeune est compris donc on peut apprécier et déguster des produits de qualité et frais. La connexion internet est gratuite et de très bonne qualité ce qui est un plus pour nous les professionnels. L’hôtel est très bien situé dans une zone calme et à proximité de toute commodité. Je vous le conseille.

A very convenient location, with an average taxi ride of about 20 minutes to the cruise terminal or the airport. Clean and comfortable rooms with thoughtful amenities, decent breakfasts, and very responsive staff. Special thanks for allowing us to check in much earlier than the scheduled time. The metro and shops are located right in the same building.

Comfortable and well priced hotel. The rooms are a little small but do not feel cramped. Room was clean. Only thing I didn’t like is that our AC unit seemed to only have one setting which was 18 decrees Celsius which is quite cold . Location is amazing, it has a metro station right downstairs and is attached to a convenience store and pharmacy. The staff were lovely especially Than!
