It's pretty good. Good good stuff for cycling. However what I don't like is their 18+ only policy. I tried to visit the outlet with my friend, we both are 16yrs old, but guard never let us in. The thing which I felt weird that all other brands like reliance digital who literally have premium electronics, allow us without ever asking us about age or stops us but decathlon stop us as if they guarding the coke's secret recipe formula. We even told them if you want please talk to your seniors maybe they might allow us but they didn't even tried. Absolutely disappointed with this policy.

I visited the Decathlon store at R City Mall, where I met sales attendant Supriya Patra. We were preparing for our Germany trip and were confused about what to buy to survive the weather, but Ms. Supriya Patra was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She guided us thoroughly, and all the credit goes to her. Overall, it was a very good experience.
