I recently visited this Decathlon store again for a purchase, and unfortunately this visit was very disappointing. The staff was largely unhelpful and came across as quite rude There was very little effort made to assist customers and the overall attitude felt unwelcoming This was especially disappointing because my earlier experience at the same store was actually very good On that visit there was a staff member who was extremely polite respectful and genuinely helpful she really made the shopping experience smooth and pleasant I truly appreciated her service and wish there were more staff like her However this time the experience was completely the opposite. Combined with the store’s limited options it didn’t feel worth the visit. Based on this experience I would recommend considering other stores for better customer service and a wider selection I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the overall experience
