I had an excellent buying experience at Decora Furniture while purchasing a gaming chair and computer table for my new PC setup. The quality of both products is outstanding. The table is extremely strong, stable, spacious, and perfectly suited for a gaming and productivity setup, with no wobbling at all. The gaming chair is fantastic and offers excellent comfort with fully adjustable features, including adjustable armrests, height, headrest, backrest, and reclining function. It is truly multifunctional and makes long gaming and work sessions very comfortable. What impressed me the most was the professional and knowledgeable staff. They patiently explained every feature, helped me choose the right furniture according to my requirements, and answered all my questions in detail. Their behavior was polite, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused throughout the entire process. Very good display and best product in decora furniture

I had a very bad experience with decora Furniture, especially when it comes to service and professionalism. When I went to the showroom to purchase, everyone was extremely sweet and friendly. everything changed. The delivery was delayed, and when the furniture was finally brought and installed at my place, it had multiple defects. I immediately sent photos and kept calling and messaging them continuously for two days — nobody came. After almost 10 days, someone finally showed up, but he clearly didn’t know how to repair it. Till today, the furniture is in the same defective condition. I honestly haven’t called them again only because I’m exhausted of begging them to fix something I already paid for. The pricing part was another shock. Initially, after showing them all photos and explaining everything clearly, I was told it would cost ₹9,000. Later, I was given a vague bill of ₹21,000 without proper details. When I questioned it, they said ₹15,000 was for the dressing table and ₹6,000 for a small three-drawer side table. ₹6,000 itself was unreasonable. After arguing, the final bill was brought down to ₹16,500, but even then I ended up paying ₹12,500 just for the dressing table which was originally promised at ₹9,000. I had bought a similar table from them years ago for ₹7,000. I understand price increase, but this was simply too much for the quality and service I received. The attitude of a staff member named Hetal completely changed after the purchase. She avoided calls, kept denying things, and was extremely unprofessional. Earlier, when a person named Shakti Singh was working there, my experience had been much better. This time it was horrible. I usually never write negative reviews, but this purchase has been nothing but a headache for the past two months. I literally paid ₹16,500 for stress. Please save your money and buy from somewhere else.
