They have been so helpful and understanding. Since my mom started her eye treatment and the medicines change constantly a week or month or so, they not only have the medicines available but also are ready to deliver to far off addresses with a resonably mounted bill upto 1000 or so. I have had no problem with adding more items to the list or even deducting it. Their ayurvedic and natural products, mask sheets, chocolates, cosmetics,etc. are endless. Exchanging unused medicines bought from them with the bill as proof is also possible depending on the validity of such medicines. Very kind and polite staff, always ready to contact incase of some adjustments to be made.

Extremely friendly staff. Prompt service. Very helpful. All the medicines are available. All in all a great service experience.

The most attentive staff and the only management with empathy towards customers. Highly recommend.
