I have attended Deepa Naidu's annual Belly Dance Show for the past few years and the standard of performance has only improved further. By, improvement, I am not referring to only from Deepa Naidu alone but also from her students of different levels. The reason for that is I attended her show last night, called Arabesque. It was completely a different performance compared to last year's theme. This time, it involved Arab music and you can imagine how difficult it would be to go with that rhythm and come up with the precise dance steps and co-ordination with other group members for that particular dance performance. There were totally nine performances with the last one coming from the solo performance of Deepa Naidu herself. All the performers did a great job in knowing their steps really well and making the audience cheer to the core. The one dance performance that caught my attention was the 'Stick on Top of Their Head'. This required a perfect balancing act and at the same time move with the flow and do the steps accordingly. I can say confidently that this is the hallmark of a well renowned belly dance trainer in Bangalore. I have heard a lot about Deepa Naidu and how she has achieved so many awards and recognition for Belly Dancing and I feel she is one among the very few Indians that have promoted Belly Dancing not only in the city but throughout India. So, if anyone is interested in learning and mastering belly dancing for various reasons like career change, as a trainer, or as a hobby or for health and fitness purposes then I would recommend you to enroll in Deepa Naidu's Belly Dance Class and help yourself become a professional belly dancer in India. You would not only get to learn the art of belly dancing from Deepa Naidu but she would also give you an opportunity to showcase your talent in belly dancing in front of your family and friends every year. So, don't miss this opportunity!
