I had an excellent experience at DMDC Scan Center for my mammogram. The facility was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were extremely professional, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process. A special thanks to Dr. Siddharth, who was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. He took the time to explain the procedure clearly, addressed all my concerns, and ensured I was comfortable at every step. Imagine a very heard less and rude lady put my mom on MRI machine for one hour without a break and at the end, no clear scan and she boldly says my mom was moving and has to redo full spinal scan over again, my mom is refusing to do the scan again as a result of so much pain in there adding to the one she came with, can a normal human stay in one position for that long? Talk less of someone in pain?to make matters worse the lady was laughing through out while we were upset, no professionalism and no work ethics. To think that i flew my mom into the country for medicals The owner of this business should be ashamed Never trust that medical team, your critical patient is not safe with them. It’s very nice hospital, and the nurse very kindly and patient, the Doc Gupta very good, he still waiting for me until 7:55 PM, and he is very professional, take short time and give very nice feedback to the pregnant. I am very grateful to him . And he give the blessing to the baby also🥹

DMDC team is really awesome I came in for ultrasound and blood tests along with urine test at 4 : 00 pm and got all my results by 5 :00 pm along with explanation of all findings by the doctor , thank you DMDC team 🤲 ❤️
