Very poor maintenance service and difficult to get a response from them when a concern is raised

I’m a tenant in Jumeirah Garden 2. If you’re expecting hassle-free maintenance from your property manager, this may not be the right place for you. You might even find yourself taking cold showers in winter, because something as basic as a geyser repair can take infinite weeks to be repaired. Facade cleaning? It seems like they don’t even recognize the concept. The windows have accumulated so much dirt from the outside that I can barely see the building in front of my apartment. When I moved in, I was told the facade is cleaned every six months, yet there hasn’t been any cleaning in the past three years. These are just two examples. There are many more issues that I can’t even list here.

I am a tenant in Mansam 12, Al Nahda 1, a building managed by Deira Orient Real Estate Est. Unfortunately, my experience with their maintenance and support team has been very disappointing. I reported a wall leakage issue several months ago and have followed up consistently for 3–4 months. Despite this, the problem remains unresolved. My emails have gone unanswered, and the maintenance team has shown almost no responsiveness or accountability. As a tenant, I expect timely and basic support for essential issues, yet my concerns have either been ignored or met with repeated promises that the work will be scheduled “in two weeks,” which never actually happens. This level of service is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope the management takes meaningful action to improve their maintenance standards.

I had a very disappointing experience with Deira Orient Real Estate LLC. I recently rented a 1 BHK apartment through them, but the maintenance service has been extremely poor. Despite informing them multiple times, the maintenance work keeps getting delayed and the issues are still not properly resolved.
