جشنی توسط این رستوران به مناسبت شب یلدا تدارک دیده شد متاسفانه باید بگم همه چیز افتضاح بود اجیلها در کیسه اوریجینال فروشگاه وسط یک کاسه روی میز رها شده بود و برای هر میز ده نفره فقط یک کاسه به قطر ده سانت و عمق ۵ سانت در نظر گرفتا شده بودو سر میز فقط یک دیس هندوانه بود و اجیل و هیچ میوه ای نبود و شام بصورت سلف سرویس بود و دو میز کوچک برای حدود ۲۵۰ نفر جمعیت
غذا افتضاح بود باقالی پلو با گوشت رنگ گوشت را ندیده بود و کباب کوبیده حتی به ۵۰ درصد جمعیت نرسید و ضعف مدیریت بیداد می کرد در هنگام سرو غذا میوه را در کنار غذاها سرو کردند که اصلا کسی میل به میوه نداشت از ساعت ۸ شب تا ۱۱ موقع سرو غذا همه سر میزها خشک و خالی نشسته بودند و حتی یک میوه هم روی میزها نبود و کیفیت غذاها افتضاح بود
کیفیت سیستم صوتی افتضاح بود و صدای بلندگوها بلند وگوش خراش و اصلا تیم تنظیم صدای موسیقی زنده غیر حرفه ای بودند و برای چنین سرویس بسیار بد نفری ۵/۵ میلیون تومان شارژ کرده بودند (سال ۱۴۰۴)
به هیچ عنوان فریب نام این هتل را نخورید تنها نکته قابل توجه معماری سنتی داخل هتل است و مدیریت در حد صفر است
A celebration was organized by this restaurant for Yalda Night, but unfortunately I must say that everything was awful.
From the very beginning, the start time of the event was announced as 8:00 PM, yet we were forced to wait half an hour at the entrance, and we were only allowed in at 8:30 PM.
The nuts were left on the table inside the original store plastic bags, dumped into a bowl, and we had to serve ourselves. For each table of ten people, only one small bowl (approximately 10 cm in diameter and 5 cm deep) was provided. There was only one platter of watermelon per table, along with the nuts, and no other fruits at all.
Dinner was served buffet-style, but there were only two small serving tables for a crowd of about 250 people.
The food quality was terrible. The fava bean rice with meat had so little meat that its color was barely visible, and the koobideh kebab was not even sufficient for 50% of the guests. Poor management was evident everywhere.
During food service, fruits were placed next to the main dishes, which made no sense, as no one felt like eating fruit at that time. From 8:00 PM until 11:00 PM, when dinner was finally served, guests were sitting at completely empty tables, with not even a single piece of fruit on them.
The sound system quality was extremely poor; the speakers were excessively loud and harsh, and the live music sound crew was completely unprofessional.
For such terrible service, they charged 5.5 million tomans per person(2025)
Do not be deceived by the name of this hotel. The only noteworthy aspect is the traditional interior architecture. The management is absolutely zero.
