Deluxe Hotel Yerevan

هفته پیش با همسرم در این هتل به مدت چهار شب اقامت داشتیم، هتل بسیار خوبی بود، با توجه به قیمت ،بیشترین سرویس رو گرفتیم، صبحانه معقول،اتاق بسیار بسیار تمیز،بر عکس خیلی از هتل هایی که رفتم اصلا صدای مزاحم از اتاق های دیگه نمیومد، سر چهارراه ایستگاه اتوبوس داشت و رسپشن بسیار محترم بودند،نمای هتل هم برای من نوستالژیک بود، در برابر این امتیازات فقط جهت اطلاع بگم که آسانسور ندارن که اصلا مهم نیست و خودشون هم همه جا این موضوع رو اعلام کردن، اتفاقا ما طبقه آخر بودیم ولی اذیت نشدیم، به سوپر مارکت و مرکز خرید هم نزدیکه، فقط اگر یکم گرمایش اتاق بهتر بشه میشه گفت که یک هتل بی نقص هست، براشون آرزوی موفقیت دارم.

من نمی‌دونم دوستان انتظارشون از هتل چیه؟اسانسور نداشت.صبونه افتضاح فقط شارژ میشد که بقیه کشورام همینه.برخورد خدمه افتضاح.نه انگلیسی بلدن نه فارسی.خیلی تایم می‌برد جواب سوالت بدن.به جزاینکه یه ایستگاه اتوبوس نزدیک داره از مرکز شهر وبقیه دیدنی ها خیلی دوره باید تاکسی بگیری که خیلی هزینش باباته.من عصراتاقم خواب بودم خدمه بدون اجازه در اتاق باز کرد.درکل پیشنهاد من اینه یه پول اضافه بدید یه هتل بهتر بگیرید.حتی خود ایرانیا مقیم اونجا این هتل رد میکردن

وفت خواب متوجه کثیف بودن ملحفه شدم تماس گرفتم ،یک پتو بهم دادن ملحفه نداشتن صبح که بیدار شدم اب قطع بود و رفتم طبقه اول صورتم رو شستم .صبحانه خیلی افتضاح بدون کیفیت اصلا خوب نبود.از نظر مکانی هم اصلا خوب نیست It may seem a very nice hotel but soon it will dissapoint you! Sheets were not .clean. breakfast was really bad. Overally I do not approve it

هتل بسیار عالی بود پذیرشش خیلی مودب و خوب بودند صبحانه خوب بود و سریع شارژ میشد فقط متاسفانه اسانسور نداشت و دیوار ها عایق صوتی نداشتند ولی در کل ما این هتل رو پیشنهاد میدیم

هتل خوبیه به نسبت قیمتش و منطقه مناسبی داره فقط یکم دوره به مرکز اصلی شهر که اونم با تاکسی حل میشه . البته اکثرا صبحانه اونجا زیاد باب میل ما ایرانی ها نیست

هتل خوب، فقط همکف اتاق نگیرید، صدای رستوران در صبح اذیت میکند Perfect, don't take room in ground floor, the restaurant noise would bother you in early morning.

بسیار پرسنل مودب و منظمی داشت بسیار تمیز بود ولی برنامه غذایی ضعیفی داشت

به نسبته هزینه اش خوب بود.👍

The hotel was cozy and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It doesn’t have an elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases and your room is on the second or third floor, it might be a bit difficult. The breakfast was good and delicious, and everything was very clean. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but you can easily use public transportation or Yandex to get there. Considering the price, the services are completely fair and match what you get. I recommend this hotel.

Clean place, Great service and good people in the hotel. Food is decent options are little less and mind you there is pork meat kept also so please check with them before sitting for breakfast which is included while booking. Thanks in the reception who do a 24/7 job Mark, Ann and Katie Location is also good behind you have supermarket 100 m distance and lots of restaurants. Only you need to plan bathroom spray / shattaf while planning a visit.

Очень хороший отель. Вежливые сотрудники, отлично разговаривают на русском, всегда помогут, если надо. Каждый день уборка и замена полотенец. Всегда новые шампуни и хоз.принадлежности. Расположение отеля нам понравилось, пешком можно дойти до любой достопримечательности. Рядом много супермаркетов и кафе.

Rooms are not spacious. No comolemetory drinking water or coffee. The hotel doesn’t have elevator. The breafast is ok. Hotel staff are supportive. If you lose the door access card be ready to pay Drums 3000.

Great service. Thank you to Angela for being Wow in reception. Housekeeping clean our rooms daily. For breakfast its not much selections of food specially if you have kid, it’s same choices every day. The place is easy access to anywhere, safe and loving people. Tip: As the reception to book taxi for you specially you don’t have local number. If you are outside as for help from restaurant to book taxi back to hotel.

Location is nice, on main road. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Most of Yerevan touristic places are on walking distance, however breakfast is very simple and only few items.

Room is Good but there is pillar in middle of room we had hit it 3-4 time Hotel has no lift No restaurant No person to help to take your luggage as there is no lift Veg option is not there in breakfast

The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The room had all the amenities needed/expected. The entire facility was clean and neat. We especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning. It would be nice to start earlier than 0830, but we found this to essentially be the norm in Yerevan. The location was excellent for us because we walked to downtown and back easily. It's a walkable city, so we enjoyed the chance for the refreshing walks. We visited the many restaurants downtown and on our excursions, but there are restaurants/eating establishments near the hotel too. Cascade isn't too far away and from there, you're at the city center. Victory park is at the top of Cascade, so it's a good walking trip to go there first, then down Cascade to the city center. Lastly, they picked us up from the airport and that helped immensely. Our flight was delayed 2 days and the arrival time kept changing.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel, which felt more like a home than just a place to stay. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and I had the chance to experience different ones during my stay. The beds and mattresses were of a quality far superior to what I’ve encountered in similar hotels; the attention to detail in providing top-tier bedding was truly remarkable. Breakfast was another highlight—everything was well-prepared and delicious. As someone who enjoys hot meals in the morning, I highly recommend trying their offerings, as the taste and quality felt like a homemade treat. It’s rare to find such flavors in hotel breakfasts. The staff were equally impressive. Housekeeping was respectful and always helpful, ensuring a clean and pleasant stay. The reception team deserves special praise—both the day and night shifts were staffed by friendly, patient, and professional individuals who created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I deeply appreciated their efforts, which made the hotel feel full of good energy and positivity. The location is excellent, with convenient access to public transportation, allowing easy travel to downtown or other key areas. Even in the midst of the typical traffic, the hotel is surrounded by cozy restaurants, shops, and even a semi-mall, making it a very convenient and enjoyable spot. Lastly, I would like to commend the general manager for creating such a wonderful environment and assembling such a dedicated team. Your leadership is clearly reflected in the outstanding service and atmosphere of the hotel. Wishing you and your team continued success and blessings.
