I went to Derma & Laser Clinic twice and both visits were very good. The clinic is clean, well organised, and the staff are polite and welcoming. Dr. Jospheen is professional, calm, and very clear when explaining everything. On my second visit, she fixed a mistake made by another specialist, and I really appreciated her honesty and care. I’m very satisfied with the results and I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Very poor communication and contact management. The phone numbers on Instagram, Google, and the website do not match, which makes the process very confusing. I contacted multiple numbers and received only vague replies with no proper follow-up, and phone calls were not answered either. Honestly, I don’t understand how patients are expected to successfully book an appointment with such limited and inconsistent communication.

Been a couple of times to Dr Josephine and she is fabulous. I have Botox there but she does lots of other treatments too. Cannot fault her service and will be back in may for more.

100% doporučuji! Paní doktorka je naprosto skvělá. Velmi ochotná, vstřícná a profesionální. Cítila jsem se na klinice bezpečně a vítaně. Vše proběhlo opravdu na vysoké úrovni a personál byl celkově ochotný.

I called them asking about the price of forehead botox they told me 2000 Egp on the phone and when I go .. the dr told me all the cost for forehead area 4000 EGP and I will not do a part and leave a part from your head you should do all so the cost it will be 4000 !! So please don’t waste people time when someone asking about forehead botox say 4000 not 2000

Maybe good, but I wrote 2 emails for an appointment which stayed unanswered and now trying to get there during open times, the clinic is closed. Update regarding reply: The response from the clinic is intended to appear professional. However, upon closer inspection, the content is incomprehensible. When selecting email/Facebook/Instagram, email should always be the first choice if the initial interest is from abroad. Instagram does not function at all, incidentally. The Instagram channel cannot be accessed. The (very short) opening hours correspond to the opening hours on Google Maps (no others can be found). If there are allegedly STILL further restrictions, this should be stated on the website or pinned on Facebook. This was not the case. Therefore, the conclusion remains: The work may be professional. The organisation is by no means professional. Very unfortunate. Update 2: It doesn't matter what you reply: It remains a unprofessional organization. Such a place should be reachable through the Internet for any inquiries from abroad. The email is taken from your own webpage and the opening times are not only super short but also you closed earlier without any notice.

10/10 a great experience and results! I came in for filler for facial balancing and am in love with the results. The technique she used was amazing and i was given local numbness and anaesthetic to the area so i felt no pain! Price is very good compared to Los Angeles. I would definitely come again when I am in Sharm next!
