I recently visited Cafe Dero in Golestan complex and honestly, I really liked it. They offer a great variety of fresh and delicious sandwiches, cookies, and cakes. The prices, though, are definitely on the higher side—like their colorful cheesecakes that go for around 200,000 Toman, which felt a bit much to me. But it’s also clear that they use high-quality ingredients, and the presentation and design are super attractive.
We tried the vegetarian sandwich, which was absolutely delicious—I highly recommend it. We asked them to grill the bread, and it made a huge difference. Just a heads-up, the cafe itself doesn’t have indoor seating, but the Golestan complex has designated seating areas for each cafe in the courtyard. It’s especially useful during colder seasons.
All in all, I think Cafe Dero is a great experience if you keep the pricing in mind. One thing to note is that their website isn’t fully developed, and not everything shows up properly or with full descriptions. So for things like pricing or ingredients of the sandwiches, you’ll likely need to ask the staff in person—which can be a bit tricky if the place is busy.
