Good place and staff are usually friendly. Last week I faced a frustrating experience. I needed a simple stamp for my child’s school project. The design was cartoon style with a class name, nothing commercial. The team at this branch refused the request. They said stamp creation was illegal without company ownership and a trade license, even for a school project. Since the request was urgent, I visited another Desco branch and the stamp was done without any issue. I also checked with other shops and none raised the same concern. You expect a service like this to make tasks easier, not create unnecessary hassle.

This was mv second time here, and once again the staff were professional, friendly, and super helpful! A huge thanks to Raju, who helped me create an amazing gift for my sister-a photo album. I was standing there for a full hour, and during that time, he not only handled the whole iob professionally but also patiently istened to all my changes. Honestly, it was an hour of top-notch work. I'm really impressed and grateful for how calm, fast, and skilled he was all this time.

Needed an urgent A1 size print out for son's project. Mr. Jayasurya of desco ,cluster W not o ly suggested the best fit but alo helped cutting it to size for the project board. Excellent quality and service provided.

Great experience printing glossy photos and scanning documents at Desco Tiffany branch JLT. Only shop open till 1am in the area, so helps all late night requirements also.

This is my third time visiting this place, and I’m always impressed by how accommodating the team is. They take the time to recommend the best materials for what I need, from posters to backdrops for my photoshoots. Jayasurya has been especially helpful every single visit. Very helpful staff at DESCO cluster W. Very fast response time and delivery by Saran and Raja. They are open till late and even on weekends. So a great option for all urgent printing needs.

Very good staff. Very patiently clicked innumerable baby pics till we got the right one for my 2yo. Also gave my baby stickers to play with, also played with him keeping him busy and happy.

It was mid night when I needed some urgent documents for printout. I went to Desco near my house which opens until midnight. Jaysurya was on the duty, he is very customer friendly and helped printing all documents with superior quality. Excellent work and Keep it up.
