I had purchased this light blue shirt in the month of March and wore it only once before washing it. I followed a normal washing procedure in the machine without using harsh detergents or bleach. However, I was disappointed to see that the color of the shirt faded significantly after just one wash. I expected better color retention and fabric quality from this product. I hope you look into this issue. You should improve the material and dye quality.

Devaa store is ok. The fabric of one of the trousers that we purchased from this store started developing some discoloration spots after the first wash. I reported this to the store owner who is a senior person who instead of looking in to it, cooly avoided and ignored my complaint. These guys just smile only till you pay. Once done no support. So in short, my experience was not that pleasant. Very poor after sales service😭😭😭.

Purchased a trouser about 6 months ago and must have worn it 2-3 times. The waist band of the trouser containing the belt holder became shrivelled with uneven ugly texture after wash. My complaint about 2 weeks was taken up very receptively by the owner as a very rare but genuine complaint. Surprisingly, he took a rectification request and assured replacement if it cant be rectified.. A week later I collected the rectified trouser from Devaa, the new material used and old material had some variation, but negligible. On putting it up for wash, lo and behold, the same problem was visible again!. What a waste of time for me a Bandra resident, service effort and reputation instead of replacing a rare and genuine complaint!!!
