DHA Sports Club (Moin Khan Academy)

I have been visiting DHA Sports Club – Moin Khan Academy for the past 6 years, and my experience has always been excellent. The facilities are well maintained, the environment is energetic, and the management is professional. I recently participated in the KDSP Carnival Festival, which was very well organized and enjoyable. Events like these really bring the sports community together and show the club’s commitment to promoting sports and healthy activities. Overall, it’s a great place for sports, fitness, and family-friendly events. Highly recommended.

attended the Kaavish concert at DHA Sports Club, Moin Khan Academy, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable days for me. The whole evening was filled with joy, calmness, and healing — Kaavish truly has the power to touch hearts and soothe minds. Their performance felt like therapy for the soul. The crowd was amazing — disciplined, respectful, and well-mannered. There was no chaos at all; everyone remained seated throughout the event, creating a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere. The management team was also very helpful and professional, ensuring the event went smoothly. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The toilet facilities were insufficient, and people had to wait more than 30 minutes in long queues. Adding more restrooms would definitely improve the audience experience. Another major concern was the parking area — it was quite chaotic. Many people parked their cars wherever they found space, which caused obstruction for others trying to leave. Proper parking management and guidance are needed to avoid such confusion in future events. Food options were very limited too — only water and cold drinks were available. Despite these minor issues, it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience, full of music, peace, and great vibes. 🎶✨

Played a corporate league match here and was thoroughly impressed. The lush green outfield stands out immediately—well-maintained and ideal for competitive cricket. The practice nets are a great facility for warm-ups or skill sharpening before the game. The stadium has a decent seating capacity (around 5,000 or more), with a pavilion that, while not top-tier, still surpasses many non-PCB grounds across Pakistan in both function and aesthetics. One minor drawback is the parking—you’ll need to park outside the main gate unless you’re a member. But overall, it’s a fantastic venue for corporate matches and local tournaments. A solid cricketing setup in Karachi.

I rate it the best in Karachi. Reasons.. 1. Well maintained grassy field with hardly any sand patch anywhere in the ground. 2. Pitch is always found balanced and supportive for both batters and bowlers. 3. Size of the ground is very good besides there are no uneven spots or slopes there. 4. Sight screens are properly placed. 5. Dressing rooms are very well furnished and maintained with air-conditioning, water dispenser, and storage cabinets. 6. There's a nice balcony outside dressing rooms furnished with chairs to watch from and to buck up the team. 7. Washrooms for players are also well maintained and clean. A very good facility in peaceful environment to play and enjoy cricket.

It's play ground and also used in music concert

I like this place it’s very well maintained, great location many physically activities like Cricket, soccer swimming etc. there also public events happening it’s a rich neighbourhood which welcome esevery one bring your family or friend to take part in sport and be fit

Beautiful ground to play cricket. Well maintained and tidy dressing rooms, lockers. Outfield is slow but lush green. The place offers beautiful view of Nueplex cinema and creek vista apartments.

Clean level playing field. Strategic plantations.Scenic view. Well equipped with easy access to exits, clean washrooms, wheelchair accessibility and incentives for inter school and college sports competition. More security cameras and lights for night practices should make it better.

Classic ground, first time came here and found such a good area for playing cricket and so clean ground, very good pitch and outfield also good, manage good things here so excellent quality in Karachi for playing, just it's far away. Pavilion area is also good and managed AC dressing rooms and rest room so all good all set

I think the best ground in Pakistan, hands down!. If you want to experience what international players feel in the AC fitted dressing room with a first floor view of the ground, this is it. You have to find a member that can book this ground for a match. Amazing experience. Great pitch and outfield. Proper scoring and neutral umpires. Really nice restaurant on ground floor.

I would suggest visiting other clubs before taking a membership in this one, this club is excellent in sports however lacks basic restaurants and dining cuisines within

Member from 2011 Construction starts two times in last 10 Years always remind about proper Prayer area with Wudu required in club. Like we have already in other DHA club’s Always committed by management but no progress Maybe intentionally. We appreciate DHA who always make sure arrangements for Mosque in their clubs @DA SUNSET CLUB @DA Creek Club @DA Golf Club @DA Club

Good view and peaceful part of Phase 8. Outfield quality is not that great but overall maintained!

It's great. Went for a morning jog on Sunday. Very serene. Very clean. And very, very empty. It's a pity members do not use it to it's fullest potential.

Dha sports club (moin khan academy) Is located in DHA phase 8 near Neuplex cinema the club offers almost every facility in general very good location safe and practical cricket ground with cricket academy and net practice courts , Swimming pool 25 meters, gym for both ladies and gents,jogging track, squash courts, football ground , and 2 paddle courts, food court area with outside sitting in the under supervision of former Pakistani cricket captain Mr Moin Khan

Been going here since 2013 for various things.. the gate number four entrance was just fixed Who removed the flooring again? UPDATE: the flooring is back at the vendors gate but the toilets need better janitorial services. LATEST UPDATE: SEEMS LIKE CLEANING TEAM HAS STOPPED WORKING

As far as soprts day activities are concerned, parking, grounds, atmosphere everything is cool over here.

Excellent conditions for both Batting and fielding. Lush green grass, high standard batting pitch and dressing room. What an amazing experience we had....
