Dibba Building

Stay in this building has been frustrating lately due to ongoing management issues. The lifts were out of order for more than three weeks, and the emergency lights in the staircases are still not working, which feels unsafe, especially at night. Water management has also been poorly handled, with long delays even after the municipality completed their work. On top of that, facilities like the swimming pool and gym they were not available. Overall, the building needs more responsive management and quicker action on basic issues that residents face daily.

Third class Pre Dibba building management more then three weeks lifts are still not working and in staircase also no emergency lights working. management they have to do something and rectify the all issues which people they are facing from long time

3rd class management after 10 days they did not releasing water from basement even municipality finish water from road.

Building doesn't have the facilities of pool access (pool closed), gym etc.
