As customers, we believe it’s our right to share honest feedback about food quality and service. We’ve ordered from this restaurant several times, but the food quantity — especially for fried rice — has always been very less. We’ve mentioned this issue many times, and each time they promised it wouldn’t happen again, yet the same problem continues. On one occasion, we even contacted them immediately after receiving the order to inform them, and they responded on the spot, but no real improvement was made.
Another time, we ordered food and waited for over an hour, but it never arrived. When we called to check, they gave excuses and later said they would no longer take orders from us — just because of an old incident. If they treat customers like this, how can they expect to succeed? This behavior is completely unprofessional. As paying customers, we have every right to share genuine reviews and raise concerns about poor service.
