I am a regular Dior customer and that’s the first time I can say that I am extremely satisfied with the service and the assistance I’ve got. Jalal provided the best experience I could ever get, he was extremely friendly, helpful and patient with me! He made me leave the shop with amazing selection of perfumes, and great experience!! Thank you Jalal for the amazing experience and for the great help in selecting the perfumes! I am so satisfied with the service

The staff were all so welcoming and professional, but I want to give a special shout-out to the amazing lady Rose 🌹 who assisted me ,she was absolutely adorable, kind, and always smiling! 🌸✨ Her positive energy and genuine care made my visit unforgettable. Very disappointed with my experience at this Dior branch. I tried two mascaras, one on each eye, and clearly pointed to the eye with the mascara I wanted. However, the staff gave me the mascara from the other eye, which I did not choose. When I contacted them, I explained that I had not used the product and only wanted the correct mascara that I originally selected. Instead of helping, they kept repeating that exchanges are not allowed for hygienic reasons, even though mascara testers are used on customers every day in the mall. Other Dior branches are usually much more helpful and professional. Unfortunately, this branch did not handle the situation well at all.

I visited the shop and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff did not treat me well and were not cooperative at all. In particular, the saleswoman called Kareema was very rude in the way she spoke and handled the situation. I expected better customer service and more professionalism.

My wife drove. She visited the branch this week and suffered from racism just because she was from Pakistan. There was a lady written on her badge. Eman. My wife indicated that she was Egyptian through her accent. I asked my wife about what she needed. My wife does not speak English fluently. The employee asked her about her nationality, saying, "Are you Indian? My wife said no Pakistani to answer to ignore the employee and refer in an offensive way to her colleague about my wife. You can't imagine how much shame my wife felt. She returned to the hotel crying. We always buy from different countries . We have never encountered such treatment before. This one named Iman made us hate this brand.

The service provided by Mohammed Al Muhairi was outstanding. He was professional, polite, and very helpful. His gift wrapping was absolutely beautiful and done with great attention to detail.
