I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms. Nuha Kanawati at the Dior beauty boutique in Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi, for her classy manner and exceptional attention to us as customers from the very moment we stepped into the store. Noha is the one who introduced me to Dior’s loyalty program and helped me progress to the Gold tier and then to the Platinum tier.
Noha truly deserves a promotion and to become the manager of the Yas Mall branch, as the service there is very poor. They show no interest in customers upon entering the store, and none of the staff ever spoke to me about the loyalty program even once, despite my repeated visits in the past. At the Yas Mall branch, I sometimes stand for 10–15 minutes waiting for one of the sales associates to pay attention and help me find the products I want to purchase, but to no avail. Twice, I left the store and went to the neighboring Sephora and bought the same Dior products from Sephora due to the lack of attention and care shown to us as customers.
Thank you once again to Noha and her manager at the Marina Mall branch for their classy and professional treatment.
