Nice and sprawling IT park with modern look and facilities. Houses a lot of large and medium size offices of various companies. Well connected towards the old airport road and outer ring road.

Its IT park with Premium residential apartments and Villas. Previously limited restaurants. Now all are at walkable distance, Udupi, small grocery Runway27 pub, Iza pan asian kitchen, andhra hotel, small resturants and tea shops. All in all one stop shop for employees work here or live.

Is hidden inside yemlur, hard to spot the place. The roads are messy and dusty. Lot of constructions are presently in progress. The noise and the dust can be a little annoying. The driveway from the entrance to the offices are very badly maintained. Has Landmark group, Deloitte, CGI, Thomson Reuters and many other small companies.

My sister was had a interview in Deloitte, so I went with her, it is very neat place they hospital and food court too

It's good place to have your office. Of course you have to face lots of traffic but still the place is really big companies such as Deloitte , Landmark Group, & Aditya Birla Retail . I love the garden in between, neat and clean .

Good small tech park, Near to HAL aero strip. Could have been more interesting if amenities like food cafe apart from subway and California burrito were brought to this area.

The usual office space environment...with some recent restaurant and pub additions in a 400 mts radius that makes weekends with more fresh options without the need to travel far...(work-done...5 mins later your at one of the new outlets) ...so that's good

Well maintained secured Tech park. The problem is the location, no public transport outside, you need to walk to HAL road. If you are driving then also the roads are highly congested.

I went for official purpose Place is nice but avoid travelling from this place after 4-30pm as all office time is same it creates lot of traffic I booked a cab to Bengaluru railway station as my train was at 8 pm It took my cab driver to reach me 30mins only a distance of 2km Due to heavy traffic of Bengaluru I thought I will miss my train but cab driver told me to get down near Trinity metro station From Trinity metro station there is direct metro is there for railway station I reached before 30 mins of my train departure thanks to the cab driver.

Infrastructure side we can rate it as all upon. Maintance, hospitality of staff, cleanthiness, security all these things are top notch. Not as much spacious as of Prestige Tech Park outside the Work towers. Besides this, the only issue I can highlight is transport. Public transport is not so close to this route, and transport of our own like booking cab or auto getting from our location to Deloitte office location is quite easy but it is not same case viseversa. It is quite challenging to get a cab or auto booked from this place. Apart from this yah the place atmosphere is good for work.
