Parking is the worst issue I face every time at this DMart. The road outside is always busy with heavy traffic, making it difficult to enter or exit. The underground parking is even more problematic—there’s frequent water leakage, which makes it very inconvenient for customers. Shopping experience is fine, but parking and traffic management really need improvement.

As a store you get everything and at a reasonable price but staff behavior not good. Also as its a vast area if you could provide some seating arrangements would be nice

Great place where you can find almost everything you need for your daily essentials. It’s well-stocked and convenient for quick shopping trips. However, it tends to get very crowded during weekends and evenings, so it’s best to plan your visit accordingly.

One of the lowest pricing in competitive Super Markets. The product arrangements and layout can be arranged better. Billing counters are enough, but more than 30%-40% counters are either closed or not working. The staff too have to be more active and billing needs be faster. The parking space available is very limited and cannot accommodate many cars

Parking is main challenge herec its observed since many years ive been visiting this place, car parking is worst, and also after billing it is worst place to get my groceries into my car too much tough time. There is no proper path where i can get it into my car, i need to jump over steps to get the cart and put them in my car. Parking issue needs to be fixed

I have been shopping here for close to ten years now. Amongst all D Mart outlets in the Kukatpally-Miyapur area, this is by far the worst-maintained outlet now. Parking is bad, but they seem to be doing the best they can. The worst part is their arrangement of commodities across floors. Almost everything is crammed into the ground floor with almost no place to move around, with the other floors packed very sparsely.

Some employees here behave very rude and think that customers are cheap. They don't even talk with bare minimum respect and give reckless answers. Their billing counter agents are very objective about women. Not at all worth.

Me and my mom went to buy our daily groceries in Dmart and while buying rice we were confused trying to figure out the right brand .A staff person Kasilank Nagu was really helpful for us .He was very patient While dealing with my mother, who is a senior citizen and has good knowledge on each and every product, whether it is packed or loose.Got great help because of him.

If you want to shop everything of your house to office at one place in a reasonable price then please go and shop from D mart. It is reasonable and cheaper than any other online sites who promised to be more cheaper but not exactly. I almost saves 2k each month only if I shops from D mart. From groceries, utensils, cloths, home, kitchen, stationers, each things I get from here. 😃

Best place to get all the necessary goods for home. Prices are also reasonable. We have been visiting DMart stores from last 3-4 years. Sanitizer and temperature checking is done in the entry point of the store. Parking is a bit disappointing. Place is also bit congested to walk.

One place for all your home needs, clothes (kids wear, Men's wear and women's wear), footwear, kids toys, bats, balls, fidget spinner, books and stationary, plastic items, cool drinks, ice creams, dry fruits, biscuits, bread and butter, chocolates, oils, mats, curtains, glass item, Water bottles, trimmers, electrical items, body spray, etc..

Wherever you visit Dmart's you experience the same always. Coming to this branch it was quite good and vast area only issue you encounters is 2 wheeler parking rest is good.

I visit D Mart Kukatpally very often. Morning hours are the best time to shop, as it gets crowded after lunch (around 2 PM). Evenings are unbearable with heavy crowds, and many people bring their kids, which can be difficult to manage depending on individuals. D Mart offers a wide variety of items, but vendor options are limited. You often have to choose from just one or two brands instead of having multiple choices. The billing system is still very traditional. I feel they should upgrade by introducing self‑billing counters like IKEA or Decathlon, or at least provide an app‑based billing option for faster checkout. Groceries: Avoid buying loose items like peanuts, dal, or rice, as they tend to spoil within a few days. Masala options are also limited, and they mostly promote their own "Premia" brand, which can be annoying. - Store layout: - Ground floor – groceries - First floor – garments (not recommended, very limited and unimpressive) - Second floor – kitchenware, plastics, home décor, etc. (wide variety, but nothing new or unique)
