DMart has a strong pricing across groceries and daily essentials with wide product range one can get in one place. Ground floor having groceries, FMCG etc stays well organised. Fast-moving items are easy to locate and billing counters handle crowds efficiently. Fresh stock turnover keeps products reliable with clear price labels help quick decisions. Good option for monthly household shopping. Sufficient parking space. No parking attendant though. Improvement area: First floor felt disorganised during the visit. Fewer staff were available to arrange shelves. Some items were placed haphazardly. Better floor-level supervision would improve orderliness.

Very spacious one! And this Dmart has 2 Floors. For apparel’s , Dress,Footwear’s you want to go for 1st floor other essentials are in ground floor. You can try popcorn as well and softies too. Overall okay!

Secret tip: scan the end-cap shelves near the billing counters—there’s often a “deal corner” with last-few units at extra markdowns.

Yesterday I visited D-Mart Trichy with my wife and purchased, Lively hood items, groceries, cosmetics, detergent items etc. The offer was good enough. Branded products are there. The problem was parking & too much rush due to weekend offers. The space b/w shelf are too narrow. Otherwise okay.

There was too much crowd on the floor, and we were unable to take the items we wanted. The trolley movement space was very limited, making it difficult to walk comfortably. It would be helpful if loose items and packed items were arranged separately for better convenience. Additionally, there was no proper Standing space available in the billing area. Very large shopping mall, many floors, almost everything required can be found here, the billing is very efficient, parking is very ample, but can be crowded during seasonal times, the new pocorn counter outside is very good, i personally like the cheeses popcorn, the ice creams are nice too, but from my experience don't expect amul or dairy day level quality, it's or of those foamy ice creams, i personally like the chocolate flavor which atleast tastes sweet compared to the vanilla one which tastes just like plain ice, there is an option for mixd too. There is everything here from grocery to stationary to cleaning essentials, nice ambience too

These days we see lots of crowd … Nut I think variety of items like ( dress items ) have come down ..

Wide range of products are available. Offering discount for all the products. Product selection and billing are easy. Huge car parking area with personnel gauidance. Varities of chappals and various brand shoes 👞 are displayed in a separate section. Refreshment items like ice-cream 🍦and pop-corn 🍿are available.

Very superb for economic lower people. Not much low price for things under 2000 rupees. In ordinary market 5 rupees cost biscuit cost 3-4 rupees in D mart but very high reduction for things above 1000. Shopkeeper can buy things and can resell it you can profit more

best for groceries. Worst in Popcorn quality. car parking is always full. New cafes opened outside this dmart. They are providing good foods but too costly.

I go there to do regular shopping. I purchase everytime for a minimum of ₹2500. Yesterday, I bought a sports shoe. I asked for a box. It's not provided. I asked for a cover. I felt it uncomfortable to keep it along with food products even though it's a new shoe. But I was given some used/torn cover that's thrown away by others despite having polythene/bio-degradeable carry bags. Worst customer service I have ever faced. Their mindset is like we sell goods at cheaper price, people would anyway come to us like dogs and it's unnecessary to care about treating the customers well. Jiomart is offering most of the goods at cheaper rates than D-mart. Moreover, they have home delivery option as well. Why do we have to toil in D-mart? Will never go to D-mart again.

On my recent visit, the lady at the popcorn counter behaved in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner while adding the popcorn. Also popcorn not filled as mentioned in the list. As we are regular customers to Dmart when it comes to pop corn it depends on the person who packs. The lady on the popcorn counter on 11/11/2025 morning looked at each and everyone and packed the popcorn. I noticed this weird behaviour. Some of it was full packed, for some it was half packed for the same price . When I tried to address the issue politely about the less popcorn (because I got almost half packed for the family pack). she called another lady—apparently a staff in charge—who also spoke in a very disrespectful tone and used filthy language. Which was shocking to me. I cant talk or use such language like them. Their behavior was unacceptable and highly disappointing. I am not the only customer who has faced such treatment. There are already multiple reviews online mentioning similar complaints about staff behaviour at this outlet. We, as customers, deserve basic courtesy and professionalism. I request that Dmart management take strict action against the two lady staff members involved and ensure proper training is given to improve customer handling.Management should hire people with at least minimum conduct to avoid such incidents. It is truly upsetting to see such unprofessional behaviour at a reputed store like Dmart.

Provision with house good items.. most of the items are cheaper. But most of those products in the tracks are messed up... Take lots of time to search for the products... Plan to buy for 3k with groceries will send 5k to 6k with some other purchases...

Bad maintenance. Dim lighting, poor cleanliness, and the restroom was in terrible condition—smelly and unhygienic, similar to an unmaintained public toilet. Such conditions ruin the shopping experience and need immediate attention.

Products are on affordable price. Can get most of the essential products for home on monthly or weekly basis with great discounts when bought in multiples. Parking are available. I find cosmetics and textiles at cheaper price. Various kind of Flower pot in different size is also available on the landing between ground and first floor at market price and some are comparatively cheaper too

This one is a multi-floor dmart besides the chennai highway. It opens at 10 AM but now it opens at 9 AM due to diwali. It has huge parking and gets crowded on weekends and evenings.

Biggest D-Mart I have seen till now located in Trichy. You will get all products in discounted rate. Big free parking space for 2wheeler as well as for 4 wheeler. There will be always rush in every counter, 15 counters are there. Products available- kitchen products, clothes for all, utensils etc.
