I had the worst customer service experience at this clinic more times. The staff were incredibly RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL Specifically, the young Indian man with curly hair was particularly disrespectful. He clearly lacks basic customer service skills and doesn't know how to handle or entertain customers. His attitude was as though he owned the clinic, treating customers with a complete lack of respect. His behavior was both unprofessional and off-putting, and it really left a bad impression.

Fake?. I think its all 5 star reviews fake, I called them yesterday more than 7 times nobody answer my call, its not proper setup, before it was good budget clinic , I think now its running some new management . What is the meaning of hospitality ?. If someone want know its open but phone not answering , many clinic around deira but I call to visit only becoz Dr Ali he is good doctor. Others all new came for business

Nicely maintained medical centre. Very experienced doctors and service oriented staff. The ease of availing facility is great. I highly appreciate the facility, very qualitative and inexpensive. They do not seem to have compromised anywhere. Insurance coverage is also available.

worst clinic ever in uae even the doctors are worst i still don’t understand why uae government supports such kind of clinics.it was my first visit there they treat patients in such a bad way,all south indians they work their and they have got pure indian way of treating people, they have bought a kerala government hospital style over here in dubai deira. Also the worst doctors and dr mohammed ali has got a pure indian casual doctor behaviour (very rude to patients) i have no idea why are they running such kind of clinics in here in dubai. i went there with a real emergency condition i couldn’t explain to that doctor because of his behaviour i recommend all the expatriates to try aster or any other. clinics in dubai better not to try this one i dont work in aster or im not a doctor even aster has great service for their patients These illeterate people who work there don’t deserve anything they charge double and do not provide much. i just shared my experience there thank you.!

As far as my concern The clinic is run by some unprofessionals.. I went to take a lab test and requested them to send the report by email. After almost 3 hours and frequent calling I got the report.. It's Al about a 45minutes work.. It's my first time and most probably the last time experience for this place...

Dr Ali is simply amazing!!, His diagnosis is better than most Drs who charge an arm and leg and still give the wrong diagnosis. Definitely highly recommended.

One of the worst Clinic I have ever seen. The people are not able to speak to a customer / patient in a proper way. Really disrespectful. Unfortunately there is no 0 Star to give you. Just close your Clinic thank you very much.

Worst experience had today.. with Dr.Mansoor.. he didn't approved my test and asking so many reasons like he has to give from his pocket and he transferred me to someone else for explaining rules staying you can't make test if you don't have any symptoms or else you have to pay AED 130 wd discount .. before applying to my insurance company they decided this will not be approved.. insane

Hi good evening.am trying to call Doctor clinic nobody is response just know he pick the call and he told me doctor is not available I can come tomorrow we are open only 2 hours which kind of clinic is it..only 2 hour n the evening am staying in alkhail and I have to come there until I reached clinic will close and Mr Fuwad he is given me the answer that was not acceptable..plz advise them to guide the patient in a right way not a wrong way..for me is very hard to meet the doctor last 2 week am trying to meet doctor but until know I didn’t get the proper information..soon I will visit in your clinic.I have to write so many things but when I will visit I will explain you all the things Thank you very much..

One of the best clinics in Dubai , Amazinng service and quick responses, Doctors are well experienced and very friendly , really good lab too. Tests are done really quick . Would def reccomend any1 ..

i have visited two times Baniyas Bracnh DOCTOR'S Clinic i Had query on the previous Visit , gone to reception and asked related on that One keralate men is there ,,, He replied in a Rood Manner Date : 20/11/2016 (8.30pm)

Very bad experience, they don't have TT stock, they not accepts card payments. Doctor prescribed for TT, they don't have....

If you are waiting for your number they will ignore you and will send the new Registration first. They say that's their rule. Simply illogical.
