Overall, a great dining experience from start to finish. The place was clean, well-organized, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The food quality was excellent and everything tasted fresh and delicious. What truly stood out was the staff. They were very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the visit. They made sure everything was perfect and were always happy to help. Special thanks to Ismail, Rashid, Derek, and Emad for their outstanding service and hospitality. They really made the experience memorable.

I especially want to appreciate the excellent service provided by your staff member Naeem, who was very professional, helpful, and polite throughout my stay. I stayed in room 219 and spent 2 days at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere of the hotel and the behavior of the staff made my stay very pleasant and hassle-free. I truly appreciate the hard work of your team and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. I would also love to come and stay again.

We visited the Ramadan Iftar tent at DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Financial District and had a wonderful experience as a family. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the variety of food was excellent. The highlight for us was the many live cooking stations offering flavours from around the world. There was something for everyone, from fresh salads to delicious meat and chicken dishes, along with a wide selection of desserts. Everything was well presented and full of flavour. Parking at the back of the hotel was free, which was very convenient, and they also offer valet parking service.

Excellent service and outstanding hospitality. The staff member Emmanuel was professional, friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Their positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction truly made a difference. Thank you for the exceptional service.

I stayed for one night for a business trip. It was a perfect location, close to work. Stay was hassle free, services fast and efficient. Everyone from reception to house keeping were responsive and efficient. Ismail & Butheina at the restaurant where breakfast is served were especially welcoming and friendly, eager to support the guests! I loved my stay here!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Riyadh. I would especially like to highlight the excellent work of Hari Kumlesh, who cleaned my room. He was extremely professional, attentive, and always made sure the room was spotless and comfortable. His kindness and dedication truly made a difference in my stay. The hotel itself has very good facilities, well maintained and comfortable. In addition, the breakfast was a great experience, very varied, fresh, and of high quality, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Nice spacious rooms, good location next to KAFD, and great service. The bed was really comfortable and the room nice and cool in the Riyadh June heat. Would like to specially call out Saif and Sohag from the housekeeping team.

We have made a very successful workshop for six days on the roll at your respected hotel. Our client and my team was amazed with the quality of service quick response and the outstanding facility. The food was great and here I recommend everyone to host his business meeting at this hotel from an experience dealing with Hilton at Mr. Sharif. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, and I have to say that the housekeeping service provided by Paulisa was exceptional. He was consistently attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless, well-organized, and refreshed with great care every day. What truly stood out was his positive attitude and the pride he takes in his work. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Had a wonderful iftar experience hosted by First Technology Company — everything felt well-organized, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The food was delicious and plentiful, with a great variety and really nice presentation. The atmosphere was calm and family-friendly, and the service stayed attentive even while it was busy. Special thanks to Ismaiel — he was extremely helpful from start to finish and his hospitality made a big difference. He checked in at the right moments, handled requests quickly, and made us feel truly taken care of. Overall, a great iftar and definitely worth repeating.

The service was very nice; with very energetic and kind staff. The hotel’s location is very convenient because it is close to malls , shops and much more entertaining places. The sports facilities are very nice such as the : football /soccer field , swimming pool and gym. However , the small downfall is that the football field is not really clean or suitable for playing football. Yusuf Mahfouz :)

Dear Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the Iftar buffet I attended yesterday at DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Financial District (Al Khaimah - 2nd Floor). As a regular guest at international hotel chains, I expected a standard that reflects the "Hilton" brand and your prestigious location in KAFD. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete failure in every aspect: Food Quality & Temperature: Most of the food was served cold, and the taste was below average. It felt like the food had been sitting out for a long time. Poor Variety: For a hotel of this caliber, the options were extremely limited and did not justify the high price . Total Lack of Service: There was no staff to assist or even clear the used plates from the tables. We had to eat amidst stacks of dirty dishes. Depleted Buffet: Desserts ran out almost immediately after Iftar, and only "Um Ali" was left, which was also served cold. Live Station Issues: After a long wait at the Shawarma station, I was served a sandwich that was 90% salad with barely any meat. It was unprofessional and insulting. Comparison: To put things into perspective, I have had far better experiences at hotels with lower ratings, such as the Holiday Inn Al Qasr, where the food is always hot, the variety is superior, and the service is attentive—all at a lower price point. This experience has significantly tarnished my perception of DoubleTree. I expect a formal explanation and a proper resolution/compensation for this subpar experience. Excellent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team was professional, welcoming, and efficient. The restaurant staff were attentive and the food quality was consistently high, making dining easy and enjoyable. A special mention to our room cleaner, Paulisha, outstanding service. He was attentive, respectful, and went above and beyond every day. The room was immaculate, and his care genuinely made our stay feel extra special. I stayed at the DoubleTree for a week and had the pleasure of having Amjad as our housekeeper. He was absolutely excellent. Every day, he made sure our room was spotless, organized, and fully stocked with everything we needed. His attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out. My personal experience was not good at all i tried the buffet (alkaimah) the place was so crowded , i think 3 or 4 companies have booked at same day i had to wait to get soup bowl for some time the tables are so close people were pushing me just by passing by me for the expensive price i will never try it again !!! تجربتي الشخصية غير مرضية ع الاطلاق مقابل السعر تتوقع ان تحضى ببعض الخصوصية للعوائل المكان جدا مزدحم صحون الشوربة غير متوفرة واظطررت ان انتظر لكي احصل عليها الطاولات قريبة من بعض مجرد مرور الناس من جانبك بعض الاحيان يدفعونك بالغلط مقارنة بالسعر تقريبا ٥٠٠ لشخصين بالنسبة لي لا يستحق الزيارة مرة اخرى ابدا !!
