I ordered and said exactly ( i want icecream ) the order i received was cookies and icecream on top which im 100% sure i didnt mention the cookies at all it was cool they have to change the order for me right? Unfortunately they didn’t change the order i had to pay for the cookies and icecream when i only ordered icecream also i dont like cookies and the guys attitude was not welcoming at all for changing the order when it wasn’t my mistake he has to change it for me. Idont know whats his name i told him i want icecream only he left me and went and didnt fix the problem

Tried their iced spanish latte, it was quiet well made, my best friend got their salted vanilla matcha and she enjoyed it a lot ☺️. The staff is also very friendly and fun!!! Made the experience there quiet memorable:))

I tried DOUKIES and ordered their ice cream mix with cookies. It was a very delicious combination – the cookies were stuffed with plenty of tasty chocolate, and the ice cream flavor was amazing. The staff were professional and friendly when taking the order and dealing with customers. The prices are a bit high, but I definitely recommend visiting and trying it out!

Doukies has some of the best ice cream with cookies I’ve tried. The taste is really good, and the mix of cookies with ice cream is good. However, I paid 37 AED, which is not cheap, so I expected a better overall. experience. The spoon they give is low quality plastic and breaks easily while eating

The cookies here are absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend them. Since the entire shop is a limited-time pop-up, you should definitely visit and try it before it closes down. The combination of ice cream with their cookies is incredibly delicious. Don't miss out on this experience while it's still around!

The crepes tasted very ordinary, in fact they were more like egg rolls than crepes...And the sauce on top is too greasy. The strawberry matcha drink tasted pretty good, but at 36 AED for one cup, the size was so small, which was really expensive compared to other cafes in the area. Overall, while the coffee and desserts sold at this cafe are priced the same as those at other cafes in the area, but the size are much smaller, which means that this cafe is actually more expensive than other cafes in the area. However, the drink and desserts at this cafe doesn't justify its higher price compared to other cafes... One more things: When I visited this cafe, the air conditioner was leaking water, which dripped onto my clothes and the table, but no staff came to deal with it. I thought that was terrible.

I visited the new Doukies branch inside Jarir Bookstore, and I was really impressed! The ice cream is absolutely amazing. One of the best I've had! The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service, even though the place was clearly busy with outside orders. A little tip: if you see a long line outside, try ordering inside – it’s usually quicker. Also, shoutout to the manager – you can really tell he's experienced. He handled the pressure calmly and kept everything running smoothly while supporting his team. Great job to the whole crew! Definitely coming back again. 🍦🙌

Amazing service and i love the servers there they are so nice and kind and welcoming, the deserts and matcha are so good, they burst with flavour when it enters your mouth. Honestly i come here every weekend and study and it’s such a nice and cool environment and i love it 20/10

Not worth the price at all, in my opinion. Staff were super nice but the products felt scammy. We ordered an iced matcha and it came in an unbranded cup (?) and a boba straw? Who uses a boba straw for iced matcha, it was so weird. Not only that, I paid full price (AED 35) for one of the smallest matchas I've ever had. Even when you order in Dubai for the same price you're at least getting a normal sized cup. Was also super super sweet and was more like a dessert than a matcha. Would not go back, the branding pull us in but the products took us out.

the soft serve was so yum. The strawberry baby matcha was 6/10. cute size but the taste was slightly off, I would go back.
