Unprofessional operations! During last season they effectively ruined: 1. Both pools in both finished zones. In Zone 1 like 80% of filtering pumps off, add careless usual "maintaince". For weeks they tried to hide problem and still NOT closed pool for children!!! Now pool in Zone 2 becomes dead, water is green. And last pool in Zone 3 is still under construction no umbrellas no shower no walkroads. Well thank you for such "gift" to Kurban Fitr and time of long school holidays in hot days :( 2. All sunchairs in Zone 1-2 are dead or half dead (with some help from unsupervised children). Who will pay? 3. All sunmatresses in Zone 1-2 are dead (with some help from balady cats which LOVE opened trashbins; they also leave smelly marks on terraces and corners). Who will pay? 4. No antimosquitoes smoke treatment for many months. No proper anti-fly treatment of bushes for many months. 5. Even trimming of grass they ruined... I wonder how much gasoline they save for themselves from every skipped trimming. Like 10 litres from every zone e.g. firm 20 litres per month? They are trying to trim upto 2cm short grass as rarely as possible. That is just crazy (proper for that climate is: trim to 4cm when it reach average height 6cm - and if you missed trim for month or so, upto 8cm or more, then do not trim from 8 to 4 in one pass grass is dying from that! Trim by 2 passes with few days between them). To summarize: compound is above average by Egyptian standards and so far community is upscale. But operartions are unprofessional so far. Hope its only temporarily until developer finish construction of Zone 4
