Downtown Views I

I would like to express my great admiration for this unique building. From the very first moment you see it, you can’t help but stop and appreciate the beauty of its architectural design. The tower is conveniently connected to Dubai Mall through a pedestrian bridge from the opposite side, making access very easy. The place is calm, the view is wonderful, and it offers all the essential facilities you could need.

Ina homesを通じて8泊9日間予約しました。 日本からのフライトで、早朝チェックインのため心配でしたが、InaスタッフのJBが早朝から待っててくださり、スムーズに部屋に入ることができました。 ホテルとは違い、コンドミニアムなので、住むための仕様となっており、まだ新しい物件なので、部屋も清潔で洗濯機、冷蔵庫など、全てが新しく気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 掃除も完璧でした。 バスタオルなど、毎日チェンジしてくださり快適でした。 場所は、ドバイモールに歩いて行けるので、とても便利です。 歯ブラシ、バスローブ、パジャマは無いので準備が必要です。 Ina homesは、日本人CEOで、スタッフ教育が素晴らしいと感じました。 細かい気遣いがありました。 イキイキとお仕事している姿を見て、感動しました。 またぜひ利用したいです。

What a lovely and stylsh place and flat 😍 Easy access to Dubai Mall literally just an elevator down and a short AC walkway to the mall.. within the heart of dubai 🤩... the view is a "whoahh" yay its just the "Burj Khalifa" itself 👏

Very stylish and great pool. Gym is very small for building size. Service seems good, I.e. maintenance as they're always needed as always something going wrong with the building. Leaks etc, air con only being able to go to 24 degrees (thankfully got that sorted after 4 months. For the price, it just ain't worth it. However it is cool being able to walk into Dubai mall without going outside.

سبق وكتبت تجربتي معهم وكانت ممتازه كان صاحب الشقة محترف الاسبوع الماضي اخذنا شقة بالمبنى عن طريق بوكينك وصلنا للاستقبل صاحب الشقة مااعطاهم خبر قعدنا ننتظر حضرته يجي جا وقال الشقة مو نظيفة قعدنا مع العلم ان وصولنا كان 3:30 مادخلنا الشقة ال 6 المهم نزلنا دبي مول الى ان يتم تنظيف الشقة عطانا كارت واحد للدخول طلب تامين 💵💵 كاش الشقة حلوه لكن اشك بالنظافة فيها ريحة ودي احط رقمها لكن اخاف اتعرض للمسائلة القانونيه تعرض زوجي لوعكة صحيه لايوجد من يساعد ماقصرت البنت بالاستقبال عطتني رقم الاسعاف لكن لو كنت باوتيل او شقق عليها الكلام كان طلبوا لي دكتور او وجهوني على الاقل لايوجد هاتف بالشقة تتواصل مع الاستقبال حيث انه اشتغل انذار الحريق واقفلت ابواب المصاعد واشتغلت مراوح الحرائق ولا يوجد احد هل هذا حريق او لا اضطرينا ننزل من الدرج وزوجي مريض و وصرت انزل دور دور ابحث عن المساعده وبالنهايه طلع انذار خاطيء ولم يبلغونا (كنا بالدور الخمسين) لايوجد احد ينظف حرفينا سعر مرتفع وعدم امان الميزه الوحيدة قربها من دبي مول لكن الامان اهم

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been living here and for three months I’ve been asking for my access card, but no one helps. Security keeps refusing to open the entrance for me, even though they open it for my partner right away. They are rude, unprofessional, and have no respect for residents ( Security Mohamed and another one that refused to say his name ) . I wait 30 minutes to an hour outside every time. After a long day at work, dealing with such treatment is unacceptable. I work in hospitality and customer service, and I know this is not how you treat people.

This tower is fantastic! 🤩 The maintenance is top-notch, and having direct access to Dubai Mall, including the Zabeel part, is incredibly convenient. 🛍️ The special link road from the parking to the Financial Centre upper street is a game-changer, making it so easy to bypass downtown traffic and get to Sheikh Zayed Road quickly. 🚗 Absolutely love the seamless experience! ✨

I am seeing Dubai downtown since 1978 while is was Working in janeel ali it's totally changed

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience. The apartment did not live up to the expectations set by the photos and description online. Upon arrival, we found the apartment to be poorly cleaned, with stains on the furniture and an unpleasant smell throughout. The air conditioning was faulty, and despite multiple requests, the issue was not resolved during our stay. The kitchen was poorly stocked, lacking basic amenities like enough utensils, pots, and pans. The Wi-Fi connection was also unreliable, making it difficult to work or even relax properly. In addition, the customer service was far from helpful. We reached out to the management multiple times for assistance, but responses were slow and unhelpful, leaving us feeling neglected. The check-in process was frustrating and disorganized, which only added to the stress of our stay. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubai. It is not worth the price, and the service and condition were far below what was promised. Very disappointing experience.

♥️ nothing like Dubai ♥️ My home Burj view is best view all time

This apartment is the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. The floors are sticky and the walls are covered in weird stains, and there are cobwebs everywhere with dead bugs stuck in them.The kitchen counters are greasy, the sink is full of smelly garbage, and the fridge smells like mold. Open a cabinet, and cockroaches run everywhere! The bathroom is disgusting, hair everywhere, stuck to the shower walls, blocking the drain, and around the sink. The floor hasn’t been cleaned in ages, with stains and grime everywhere.The bedroom is just as bad! stained sheets with hair all over them, smelly pillows, and a mattress that looks like it hasn’t been washed in years. Not recommended!!

This building is good but the one issue is the names. So there is 4 buildings. They called one building “Downtown views 1” and the other one “Downtown views 2”. Which is fine. But then the decided to call the other ones “downtown views 1 - tower 1” and “downtown views 2- tower 2”. 🤯 who came up with that idea?!!! And on top of that they decided to close a perfectly good entrance!! The side entrance is fully closed and daily we have struggle having visitors and delivery Pretty much every delivery driver and service provider is so confused daily. They end up going to the wrong tower all the time. Imagine what would happen if an ambulance or another emergency servicehas to arrive in an urgency? How much time would be wasted?

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! First of all , we booked it through booking.com , they didn't tell us it is on a high floor before booking!!! my mom is an old lady and has a medical condition and cannot stay on a high floor, and when we told the manager , he ignored our request sarcastically! they have no towels , very poor service and rude manager called Ahmad!! we asked for a refund , they told us that '"the money they receive can't be given back" DO NOT BOOK IT, we lost all our money with no compensation what so ever and no compassion to say the least !!! the least decency is to give the client back half the amount they paid or deduct 1 night as cancellation penalty!!!

Best building, I lived there for a year and had a great time there. What they write about sometimes the elevators not working or the air conditioner is dull, go home there everything works without interruptions 😂😂

Best place close to Dubai mall, nice for holiday season
