Friendly nature of staff. More than 20 k varieties in groceries. You can get discount through its discount card. Most important thing is it’s Owners are ethical businessmen.

The Timings shown in GMB is wrong i just visited the store and keeper told me go off as it's closed so what's that? Why you are giving 11PM Closing time on GMB if you want to close at 9:15 please update the timings.

This place is a savior in times of crisis. The staff is well behaved, knowledgeable, proactive as well as responsible.If you live nearby, they are just à call away and give you free delivery irrespective of the cost of the items ! Also, they pack stuff in environnement friendly manner, in brown paper bags... Carrying in their own baskets and take them back while returning ,so, it saves us from the guilt of teasing the earth with more and more plastic with each passing day..

Best place to stop for grocery , I was amazed by the range of items available at Downtown Mart. From groceries to home essentials, they have it all. The quality of products is top-notch, and their customer service is outstanding. It’s always a pleasure shopping here. Definitely a 5-star experience.

My shopping for grocery and vegetables is always pleasant here. Staff was friendly and well knowledgeable about their product. Management have manage the store very well. Organized properly so it is easy find things. Look of the store is fresh. Whenever I have visited fruits and vegetables seem in fresh condition. Their service to check out is quick and well maintained. One stop almost I find everything I need.

Today I had such a frustrating experience at this store. I went to return a KitKat box that I didn't want, and the staff (Suman di) was incredibly rude. They started blabbering and questioning why I was returning it. It's disappointing because I usually love shopping there, but their customer service during returns needs serious improvement. Sometimes even their products are defective, (Once I found lots of ants on my pizza base) but we don't say a word and just get them exchanged. It would be great if they could handle returns with more kindness and understanding.

Just found out today about this place. People working here are kind and helpful. I shopped many stuff and had two full bags when person there came to know that I had two wheeler he even offered me help and carried one bag all the way to my vehicle. He didn't have to but he did and that's what separates good people from others. I hope more people visit this place because it has almost everything you need in day to day life. :-)

I have had a wonderful experience here so thought I should share it. I forgot my wallet here, the owner and staff here helped me a lot,Seeing everything through the cctv camera, they found my wallet.In this whole process these people helped me with a lot of patience.I am very happy to see that such ethical person exist .So on this store you can believe that you will get good quality products here.

We really like the store since we can find almost everything we need. Price is also good and they are offering additional discount on all products. Store is clean and well organized. They do offer delivery options as well. Just looking forward to purchase once they have vegetables in stock. :)

Store is brand new in area. Really good location next to main road. Enough parking. Also very clean and organized. Very Helpful staff . Prices are good and mostly found everything we needed. Just waiting to get fruits and vegetables so it will be easier.

No discount here provided and attitude like lot. Purchased 7 items and they told bag is chargeable. Once think online any shopping portal. They give discount and free delivery with carry bag. Learn from them. How to satisfy customer.

This is my go to place my daily needs. They have Almost all items required for daily routine of good brands. Nice and polite staff. Good customer service. They also accept Sodexo-Zeta which is kind of bonus for us.

Wow! What a wonderful place to buy daily essentials. I come here with my family at least twice a week. Groceries, shampoos, bakery, fruits and vegetables; they have everything. Staff and owners are very helpful and welcoming.
