I had an appointment at ASTER DR MOOPEN POLYCLINIC- Muteena on April 5 at 3:30 PM. I arrived on time, took my token, and registered at 3:27pm. My token number was A-AA226. While waiting, I noticed that token number A-AA229 was called before mine, even though I had arrived earlier and my number was clearly before theirs. This indicates that the clinic was not following the proper token sequence, which is unfair to patients who come on time and follow the process. I hope the clinic looks into this issue and ensures that token numbers are managed fairly and correctly in the future.

It's clean place it was very brief interaction with reception. Diagnostic centre was less crowded. Almost every staff from Kerala.

Dr. Shihas provided exceptional care during my visit. His professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach made me feel at ease. The Aster Clinic Al Muteena is equally impressive, with a friendly and attentive staff who ensure a smooth and efficient process from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended!

Minus zero star is what I intended, am giving it 1 star because the clinic looks clean. I got mannerless calls from this clinic asking me to come 30 minutes before my appointment. Fortunately I came an hour before my appointment, and right in front of me, all who came after me were attended to. And I had to just seat and wait like some jobless person! Who is got nothing to do. When I spoke to the receptionist, he said my procedure is longer so they attend to others. My booking and appointment is been booked since last week, knowing the the process of MRI and timing, why do I still have to come in an hour earlier and still wait passed my appointment time?

I wish I could give zero stars. Very bad administrative arrangements. Today I have waited for one hour from my appointment time in front of doctor’s cabin. No one has appeared in the waiting area. Upon making arguments with the receptionist they said the patient already consulted the doctor which is quite surprising to me since aster clinic administrator has not bothered to check the token or Emirates ID which we always present during registration. Since I was sitting upfront and no one was there it’s a big time lying. The nurse (he) was very much rude and spoke to me like I am a slave to the clinic. No human is ever speaking to even their servants on serious mistakes to whom they’re paying the salaries. The doctor was very nice, humble and cooperative. I would like to request ASTER top management to look at your administrative & nursing department seriously otherwise you will keep loosing the customers/patients.

Payment counter staff name Avya/Kavya indian lady very arrogance doesn't have manner to talk with patient. I came for re dressing as doctor told me to come. But as per her doctor is not there, but i Had mentioned to doctor " I'm gonna come this time doctor said i can come any time till 10pm." then she (staff) said that you can check with doctor whose not in Hospital. I came back without any suggestion or solution. Worst experience as patient

I am Thankful to Dr.Shila and nurse merin from the bottom of hearts for taking such good care and support during some really tough times of us during/after the pregnancy as well as the delivery!! Because of your professionalism and great smiles. I'm beyond thankful for my son and my daughter,we felt like we were in good hands and that gave us peace of mind towards the big day!

One of the worst experience I faced for seeing a General Medicine Doctor in Aster Clinic in Muteena branch today. I had a booking and still has to wait for nearly 2 hours. And the staff is not giving a proper answer on whats going on. Each time I ask they will answer will call on your turn. If that is the case. Why bother with a booking system. Pathetic.

It can be a true comfort to a patient to realize that they have been heard and that their concerns and worries are being addressed. I had the same feeling when I met Dr. Ravi Shanker Lohano. He is professional , knowledgeable, caring, and his staff ( Priya ) is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Dr.Ravi Shanker Lohano to anyone with a neurological concern.

Good doctors but terrible terrible terrible admin services. And not just this clinic. Aster really needs to amend their Admin management and services Every aster clinic nd hospital has very good doctors and completely unorganized mismanaged disgusting service. Taking an appointment is just name sake. The doctors will never see at ur appointment time.

Horrible experience, Dr. Yousef just asked what the problem is very rudely while i was explaining what the problem is, got a feeling he was in hurry. Very unprofessional and as a clinic to make me feel safe it made me feel unwanted. Would never go back if my life depended on it.

The only reason for 1 star is because the Dr. Is good, otherwise nothing. Such a waste if time. No point in taking appointment in advance. Keep waiting and waiting and waiting for nothing.....
