Minus 5 stars.I honestly don’t know who leaves positive reviews here. Let’s start with the fact that they never respond to email inquiries—despite listing a contact email on their website. Calling them is even worse: phones are rarely picked up, and when you finally get through (after countless attempts), you’re met with rudeness, no greeting, no farewell—just abrupt responses from staff who openly admit they “don’t know” and “don’t care” about your request. Departments seem completely disconnected from each other, creating chaos instead of service. A textbook example of how not to run a management operation.

What is up with the bad mood of staff in Ejari office? Never understood this after so many years of being served by the same faces. I genuinely want to know why they seem unhappy? I feel nervous visiting their office always

I visited the office of Dubai Investment Park during Dhuhr prayer time and headed to the prayer room with my friend. However, the security guard denied us entry, stating it was only for staff. In this fasting month, we had to walk to the nearest mosque to pray.

This is a Wonderful experience to Visit here . very neat and clean and People are very cooperative. They will be looking forward to helping you to find the correct details for the apartment .

Price : not applicable Pros ; spacious place, good ambiance, good surroundings, lot of parking. Helpful staff Cons; staff are good in customer service but requires a bit of improvement in there work effectiveness

very poor service, only takes money, not transparent, delays your security deposit with any excuse possible, also repeating excuses!

Nice access to location. Good parking space oitside. Big screen at the lobby is noteworthy.
