Dr Walid (Urologist) was very accomodating and professional, explained everything i will experience though journey with my kidney stone. I have experienced more care and attention with my 5min stent removal procedure than my past experiences in other hospital with my kidney stone removal (was on different hospital due to urgency). I can say filipino nurses was the best care I had recieved, the theater op nurse even tap me like a baby to feel at ease and it was very effective to calm me. Totally happy with everything. I came with problematic face and i came out of the hospital feeling renewed. Thank you for all the staffs from receiving to discharge.

I had a wonderful experience with Physiotherapist Heba Attiah. I was referred to her by a friend as the go-to physiotherapist after my accident, and I’m so glad I came across her. I have been coming to Dubai London Clinic and Hospital for many years, and the experience has consistently been very good. The reception team Ahmed, Rochelle and Loreizel are always smiling, welcoming and very helpful, which makes a big difference from the moment you walk in. The doctors are knowledgeable and professional, and the nurses are caring and attentive. Overall, the level of care and service has always been very good.

Honestly, I didn’t like my experience with Dr. Zain Gulzar. I came with autoimmune thyroiditis and explained that I hadn’t had a thyroid ultrasound or proper thyroid tests for two years. However, the doctor seemed very indifferent to my concerns and only prescribed the most basic tests, saying insurance might not approve more. No ultrasound was recommended despite my condition. Later, my results showed very low ferritin, extremely high Anti-TPO antibodies, and low FT4, yet I was told that “nothing is concerning.” I expected a more attentive and thorough approach from an endocrinologist.

I would also like to share another bad experience with this clinic. Four days ago, I paid the doctor’s consultation fee, and today is already the fourth day that I am still waiting for approval for my blood test request. No one is clearly informing me whether it has been approved or is still pending. I have been calling the clinic 3 to 4 times every day, and each time the receptionist says they will call me back within 10 minutes, but for the last three days nobody has called me back. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They are also not willing to share the doctor’s contact details and they are not properly communicating with the doctor themselves either. Overall, it has been a very bad experience.

I came here yesterday to see a paediatrician for my 2 year old daughter who had a flu a few days ago which was clearing up but then she went downhill again yesterday. I was booked in quickly that day. I arrived and immediately had to pay before seeing anyone. The receptionist mumbled a few times and wasn’t very welcoming. We went into see the nurse lady who was nice enough. Then we went into see the paediatrician I explained that my daughters temperature had come back and that she was very miserable again and he said well she looks ok. He said everything looks fine and moved me on my way. This didn’t sit right with me as she was so upset and miserable for the rest of the day I knew something was wrong. I later that evening got in touch with another Dr at a completely different place who came to our hotel and checked her out and did a swab to find out she actually had a swollen throat, very painful sinuses and a bacterial infection that needed antibiotics which they prescribed. Thankfully she is now on the mend due to me getting another opinion from elsewhere. I’m very unimpressed at how much I had to pay here for little to no help or care factor over my concerns for my 2 year old. I would not recommend at all and definitely wouldn’t return here.

It’s scary to think that people trust their health to this clinic! Terrible service, poor management and unqualified doctors with absolutely wrong diagnosis! We went for small lipoma ultrasound for my brother. From the reception itself it was clear that the whole team is working only on taking money, no one is interested in providing medical services. To start from the point that they don’t know the difference between lipoma and lymphoma, they don’t know that flank isn’t abdomen and ultrasound radiologist doctor Mohammad Reza can’t care less of what you’re there for. He did terribly wrong ultrasound, no details in report about sizes and everything the manager was making sure was to get the money. They can do wrong diagnosis, wrong treatment as long as insurance pays for it.

London Dubai Clinic has officially mastered the art of destroying patient loyalty overnight. Increasing the price of an injection from AED 35 to AED 120 is already outrageous, but charging AED 250 for a prescription that used to cost nothing is pure greed disguised as healthcare. Whoever in “management” approved these absurd price hikes should seriously rethink what ethical medical care means. This is exactly how you lose patients instantly. The biggest shame is that these decisions also damage the reputation of the doctors working there. Patients do not separate the doctor from the clinic. Why would anyone recommend a doctor practicing in a place that treats patients like a revenue stream instead of human beings? Congratulations, London Dubai Clinic management — you just turned a loyal patient into someone actively looking for another clinic.

Went to the hospital for my UKVI medical test and had a disappointing experience. I had to wait more than 45 minutes just to complete the tests, followed by another 45-minute wait to consult the doctor. After all that, I was informed that the reports could only be collected the next day. The hospital was nearly empty, and despite asking the reception staff multiple times, no one provided a proper explanation for the delay. Leaving the hospital exhausted with a tired toddler made the experience even more frustrating.

I cannot recommend Dr. Bachar Aboubaker enough (Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon). His bedside manner is impeccable and his knowledge of the knee second to none. Bonus is he speaks perfect English Arabic and Russian. Fully recommend. Very caring and competent doctor. His nurse is very nice too. Recommend!

I’m very disappointed at the service in Dubai London Clinic. I had to do couple of test and examinations which cost me around 4,500 dirham. Once I have received the test one person on WhatsApp text me that you can continue with some medication. Once I called back to meet the doctor to explain me the results they told me I have to pay again for consultation. I explained them that it does not make any sense. I have paid to make test and examination that cost me 4,500 and a doctor needs to explain me how the test went. What will I do with a test that I don’t understand. The price should include a follow up to explain the results. When I spoke to the manager he said you can send a feedback to our customer service. For me this is unbelievable.

Unfortunately, their customer service is very poor. I send messages on WhatsApp, but they don't respond quickly! Or they read my message and ignore it, which is unprofessional. This led me to cancel my appointment with them and go to another clinic. I hope they will treat their customers better.

The staff are always friendly and helpful! Dr Mina is always friendly and smiling and the reception team are quick! DLC is one clinic you should go to if you have a problem.we have been living in Dubai for 8 years and we just keep coming back because the staff are friendly and helpful:). Keep it up

About Dr. Bachar, I can confidently say that he is a true life saver. My mother in law and sister in law had an incident and were admitted to emergency on Sunday. We decided to pay full amount by card and avoid insurance process and further delays, we spent about 6 hours waiting for X-ray and MRI to be done and to be seen by a doctor. Results were supposed to be shared with the patients within 48 hours for future reference and it wasn’t shared. 4 days later we contacted the hospital, since we decided to consult other doctors, DLH team sent one of the results to me and to an email address of another patient, which is breach of our data privacy and patient’s personal information. After raising my concerns, they sent me a link to view the X-ray which i was unable to open, and they told my sister in law that they cannot help her any further and she needs to go personally to the hospital to collect a hard copy of the X-ray and MRI.

This hospital is a rip off and a scam. I came for an appointment first time they made me pay consultation and all the tests. The doctor asked me to come back in 10 days for a follow up. When i came back for a follow up they asked me to pay again the same amount even though it was for the same issue and 10 days apart. People should not be paying for a consultation every time they come for the same issue. Doctor is great but the system is not correct.

I recently visited Dubai London Clinic situated in Umme Suqeim 2 on Jumeirah Street for an appointment. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and understanding. There is a little coffee bar inside along with some baked goodies to purchase while you wait. The location is just so pretty. One street behind is the beach. And the road infront has a musjid and restaurants. A view of the Burj Al Arab can be seen.
