We had an amazing experience at Kartdome! It was my first time trying this kind of activity, and I truly enjoyed every minute of it. The adrenaline rush was incredible, and the whole experience was so much fun. The staff were friendly and helpful, making everything easy and comfortable for beginners like me. It was definitely a memorable and exciting experience, and I can’t wait to do it again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and thrilling activity!

Had loads of fun for a good price or 99 AED, the 99 @ 9 AM offer let's u drive 15 mins for 99 aed, great value but the only thing is that there is a mandatory 15 aed fee if u haven't gone in over a year and gloves cost 5 aed, but u can take the gloves home. In all the pics my number was 4

Exhilarating track. Couple of spin offs, but I'm happy with my times. As first timer, go carting, this is a great track and I can go pro 😂😂 Overall If I loved in Dubai I would sign up for the yearly plan.

We went as walk ins and the staff immediately guided us to the nearest available session. They asked us to register an account through the screens at the entrance. Once the registration and payment were done, they handed us gloves and directed us to attend the training session before starting the actual race. The staff were extremely friendly the entire time. Before the training session, we went to the changing rooms where they gave us the karting outfits and helmets. Everything was clean and well prepared. The karts were powerful, well maintained and surprisingly easy to drive. The track had many curves, which made the race more fun and challenging, especially when competing with other players. The safety gear was clean and comfortable. I kept the helmet shield a bit open because I felt short of air if it was fully closed, but everything else felt safe and secure. There was absolutely no waiting time. Everything was super organized from the moment we entered. The price felt reasonable for the experience, although I honestly wish the session was a little longer because fifteen minutes went by fast. Overall experience was amazing.

Place is good for karting and has long road, but not ready for flooding from rain. After last rain part of the road unavailable - flooded.

Had a fun and exciting experience. Definitely a must-try for thrill seekers! The track and karts were great, and overall it was an enjoyable time. However, the changing room facilities need improvement, and the hygiene of the outfits and helmets was below expectations. Helmets had a strong odor and didn’t seem properly sanitized. A little more attention to cleanliness would make the experience even better.

I experienced only 5 sessions here (over two mornings) during my week holiday, but it is enough to review it. The track is amazing, easy to drive safely if you’re a novice, but at the same time very hard for those who want to compete and obtain a good lap time. The track is kept in perfect conditions, the rental karts are generally good: if you show up with your own racewear and helmet they will assign their better karts. The personnel is well distributed over the entire circuit and they are professional and kind. In arrive and drive sessions you might drive with a mixture of abilities but this is an issue of every tracks in the world. If I were stable in Dubai, I’d become definitely addicted.

⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience today at Dubai Autodrome Karting. (Monday, Ramadan, walk in customer). Your website clearly advertises the “Happy Mondays – BOGO 50% Off Karting” promotion during Ramadan for walk-in customers every Monday. We came specifically because of this offer and made sure we met all the conditions listed on your website. However, when we arrived at the registration desk we were told the promotion does not apply today because school holidays have started. This restriction is not mentioned anywhere on the promotion page. Bare in mind these holidays were also announced suddenly due to the current situation in the Gulf and are outside the usual holiday period, so customers have no way of knowing the offer suddenly doesn’t apply. We are regular customers and today we even brought friends with us, expecting to use the advertised promotion. Instead we had to pay full price. Very misleading promotion and poor communication. If an offer is not valid during certain periods, it should be clearly stated on the website.

Karts are fun and the layout is enjoyable enough for both first-timers and people who’ve driven before. That said, it can get quite busy, especially on weekends, so expect some waiting and a bit less space on track during peak times. Pricing is also on the higher side compared to some other activities, but it’s still a good experience overall. Overall: a good, reliable go-kart spot—worth checking out at least once, and better if you go off-peak.

It was my first time to try this kind of hobby and all my expectations were fulfilled. The staff are accommodating but i advise to come early if you like to have more time to take some video and pictures because they are very strict with the time schedule. The outfit is well cleaned definitely i will go back again.

One of the best tracks to test yourself against. High quality karts, highly recommend the track the karts and the staff. A must visit every time I’m in Dubai. Iron man races or family fun, it’s just great

So much fun! The track is great and really makes you feel like a pro racer. Sometimes the karts have minor issues, but the staff is quick to fix them. They also have a café, a small gear shop, and an app where you can track your results, super convenient! Tip for first-timers: arrive at least 40 minutes before your race even with online booking, as it can get busy and there are forms to fill out. Overall, an awesome experience every time!

A beautiful adventure and a first-time experience. The weather was hot, but we enjoyed it. The organization was excellent, and the staff’s follow-up was wonderful.

Very well design experience . We had gone in a group and they have three race opportunities - first lap was to learn the track and then 10 min qualifier , 10 min semis and 10 min finals . We had two groups so finals was combined race where they had fast group (first 20) and slow group. 3 winners each (fast and slow) even got prizes with a ceremony . The instructions were clear, suits etc was clean and tracking was electronic with friendly staff . Only complaint was that food was average - esp for vegetarian

We arrived for karting and paid 60 dirhams for parking. Once inside, we were told that karting was not available due to a private event. No one informed us of this in advance. We asked for a refund for the parking fee, since we could not use the facilities at all, but the staff refused. This decision is unacceptable and shows very poor customer service. We did not get what we came for and were treated unfairly. Definitely not recommended.
