The place is nice overall, but tennis courts are extremely bad, very low quality (I played on Court 2). The surface is very artificial and it's definitely not a real hard court, supper slippery (me and my friends experienced some dagerous moments) + ball bounce is not consistent and there are a lot of dead spots I definitely don't recommend booking a court if it stays that way

Had a blast playing indoor cricket at Dubai Sports World yesterday! The place is massive, perfect for multiple games happening all at once. The infrastructure is top-notch, and there's so much to do – from a kids' play area to a free gym! Parking is paid, but totally worth it for such a fun experience! Just register yourself in Their mobile application and show the QR code at the entrance.

From the outset, I noticed that the staff's demeanor was not as welcoming as in previous years. There were instances where they came across as pushy/rude, which detracted from the typically positive environment. Additionally, we felt closely monitored throughout our time there, and at one point, we were asked to clean up our area while we were still in the middle of playing. While it’s important to maintain cleanliness, I believe this could be addressed in a more supportive way. An especially troubling aspect of our visit occurred last Friday when the overall DSW organizer had a noticeable attitude towards us. Unfortunately, this escalated to a point where we were asked to leave in a manner that felt inconsiderate and embarrassing, making a scene during the sportsfest event we did. This kind of treatment was quite disappointing and overshadowed the day. Moreover, compared to past years, the venue itself seemed to lack the friendly feel that I remember. The courts and spaces felt cramped, making it hard to fully enjoy our activities (as you can see in the photo of the badminton court). It's as if they're trying to squeeze all the courts & space together. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that the organizers can enhance the experience for future visitors and not as well experience the rudeness we received that moment. With some adjustments, Dubai Sports World could return to being the vibrant and welcoming environment that many of us have enjoyed in the past.

Good atmosphere , and world class quality. It is open during the sports season like july , august , sept , mainly good for indoor games Badminton, pedal tennis, cricket, basket ball, table tennis, freee Gym, turf football, kids olay ground, arcade games , etc etc .. full of fun , ton of joy

Nice ambiance… place is very convenient just in front of the Metro. The staff are good and accommodating!

⭐️ Extremely Poor Customer Service & Refund Handling This has been the worst service experience I have faced with Dubai Sports World management. I purchased a package last season but had to request cancellation and refund the very next day due to unavoidable circumstances. I contacted the floor manager, who confirmed the request would be sent for approval. Despite this, I had to follow up continuously for months. Below are the key dates to show how long this has been dragging on: • 2 September: Emailed Tancy Thampy — confirmed the same day that my refund request was sent for approval and would take 30 days after approval. • 14 October: Follow-up email sent — response received the same day from Charmagne requesting my bank details for refund. • 20 October: Another follow-up sent. • 23 October: Confirmation received that the refund was initiated but would take more time. • 7 November: Follow-up email sent — no response. • 12 November: Follow-up email sent — no response. • 17 November: Follow-up email sent — later informed that the case was copied to other team members. • 25 November: Another follow-up email sent. • 12 December: Case copied to another department. • 16 & 30 December: Further follow-up emails sent with no resolution. • 19 January: New Year follow-up email sent. I was later informed that no refund request had ever been initiated, despite months of confirmations, and I was asked to wait another 30 days. Months of emails, calls, and promises, yet no refund and no accountability. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

I really love this place. Thats a perfect place for sports lover. No membership required. You just need to book the playing court online or by reaching if its available. You can also find all the equipments for all the games without any charges. You just need to submit your ID. The overall cost of courts really good. Not expensive for group playing. They have much space and they can add 2 more games easily. Foosball, 8 Ball Pool. The per hour charges for Tennis are higher. Its should be revised. I would recommend to go enjoy your life with sports activities along with your favourites one! I hope this DSW management keep it extended permanently. Overall great experience.

Great place for the sports and events More facilities available Free access to sports world but you need to pay for using the amenities and courts . GYN IS FREE FOR ALL newt restrooms , prayer halls , centre of the city located

Absolutely the best place to go play and beat the Dubai summers which can be unforgiving. Facilities are top class and prices are reasonable. Wide range of sports including cricket, basketball, football and of course my fav . 🏸 Too bad this does not operate all year round... Come back soon next year Added a video which shows the sheer size of this year's venue and the range of sports. This year is bigger then ever but a bit expensive during peak hours

Smart way to use the space. Covers all major sports. Have played at the badminton court a few times. Personally request the management to look at improving the following areas 1) Badminton Court Lighting 2) Parking needs more entry, exit and payment points.

Went for a badminton 🏸 tournament, a very huge place with lots of courts for sports such as basketball, badminton, tennis, paddle and much more. Very clean and neat, the toilets are clean and comfortable. They even provide prayer hall.

Had a wonderful time there, my son was so happy... and the food was great, we had pizzas from Karakccino prime, yummy pizza, my son loved em.... Also they cater us for our team-building activities.

Great experience. I played there using the app CeleBreak. Great organization and super positive, interesting international players. A real source of networking.

All in all, Dubai Sports World is an amazing place to visit. The facilities are top-notch and the atmosphere is electric. Whether you are a serious sports fan or just looking for a great place to spend the day, Dubai Sports World is a must.

Lots of indoor sports activities for reasonable price. You can book in advance by Dubai sport world App. Volleyball , cricket , football , badminton , basketball and many more activities available. Spacious. Food items available. Separate Paid parking available. Very close to the World Trade Center Metro station. So you can use metro. You can do some prize giving presantation too. Kids, adults can enjoy with many indoor games. They separated each area by nets. So no worries about disturbances.

We went there last Sunday with my friends from church, for anyone who is looking for indoor sports place, Dubai sports world is a good one. The place is so big that it sits various sports like football, basketball and alot more.We had gone to play badminton they scan your code at the entrace, no food is allowed inside and you pay 5aed for parking of more than two hours its was a nice experience we had ☺️

My favorite spot during the 4 months heat wave in Dubai. A couple of convention centres are turned into a huge sport center. Basketball, volleyball, football, tennis, table tennis, cricket, badminton... the prices varies depending on the activity chosen. It can go from 10AED an hour, to few hundred dirhams an hour for a court rental. They have an app available where you can check the prices and book in advance - which is recommended.

If you are a fitness enthusiast, & looking forward to spend your time playing your favourite Sports, Dubai Sports World is a great place to be at. . With a wide variety of Sports activites to choose from, the place is great to enjoy some healthy competition with friends & family while enjoying the comfort indoors. . There is a designated kids play area also along cafes, & more to enjoy. .
