Never give your car to these people. They will play with you from the beginning.
They pressure you to immediately surrender your car, claiming that the offered price is valid only for that day. Once you hand over the car, they start manipulating the situation.
In my case, the bank name was still on the Mulkiya, even though the loan had been closed three years ago. The sales agent assured me that this process would take only 3 days, but the bank actually took two weeks. I was told not to worry and that they would wait.
After the clearance was completed, they said their transfer agent would fully support the transfer. Based on their instructions, I went for the transfer multiple times. However, the documents from their side were incomplete, and I had to visit 6–7 times to try to transfer the car. The delay happened only because of their agent’s misinformation.
Later, they reduced the agreed car price, blaming the delay—even though the delay was entirely caused by their own team. At one point, I asked to take my car back, but they said I would have to pay AED 7,000 as per the agreement. At that stage, you are forced to agree to their terms because they already have possession of your car.
What finally happens is even worse:
After already reducing the price from the initial offer, they deduct the amount again at the final stage that is after the transfer was completed, reducing the payout even further.
This is a highly unprofessional and unethical way of doing business. Please be extremely careful before dealing with them.
