We are eating broast from this branch since 2023. They had best injected broast in Lahore. Much better then all other new and old competitors. But they have lower the quality and taste recently. And they also changed the recipe of loaded fries which actually sucks. Plus now they are serving food in disposable which gives negative vibes. This is the 5th bad experience we had there which take us to believe they are not good anymore. This is a comment from a loyal customer. Shift back to your old style and recipes which was perfect. Otherwise customers will stop visiting the dumx as we are not going back there again. One last thing... What the hack you did to chipotle guys. 😢 Injected broast: ⭐ Loaded fries : negative ⭐

Tried DUMx Broast in Shadman this past Friday. Overall, it was a good experience. The place had a nice vibe and the staff was friendly and attentive, which made the visit pleasant. The broast itself was decent — juicy and fresh — but honestly, it was a bit too oily for my taste. Also, the spices they injected didn’t feel as rich or flavorful as I’ve had at other spots in Lahore. It wasn’t bad, but I’ve definitely had better. Still, the service and atmosphere made up for it, and it’s not a bad option if you’re nearby and craving broast. Just hoping they improve the seasoning and reduce the oiliness a bit.

I visited Dumx Broast (Jail Road Branch) this weekend along with two of my friends, and I must say – it was an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt welcoming and comfortable. The staff was polite and responsive, and our order was served hot and fresh without a long wait. Now, coming to the highlight – their roasted chicken was absolutely fabulous! Perfectly cooked, juicy, and seasoned to perfection – every bite was bursting with flavor. It’s honestly one of the best roasted chickens I’ve had in Lahore. The portion size was generous and totally worth the price. Everything we ordered was on point and full of flavor. It’s rare to find a place where all dishes satisfy equally well, but Dumx Broast really nailed it. We enjoyed every bit of our meal and had a great time overall. Highly recommend this branch if you're craving quality food with great taste and a pleasant environment. Definitely coming back again!

Tried their spiciest chicken injected broast and it was packed with heat and flavor—so juicy and delicious!🔥 Also tried the regular chicken roast, burger, and nuggets, and everything tasted amazing. The sauces, especially the spicy one, added the perfect kick. Definitely a must-try for spice lovers!

Just okayish — leg pieces were good, but thighs were disappointing. Nothing too special overall. So, yesterday we went to DemX and tried their 4x4 deal, which cost around Rs. 2700. It included 4 leg pieces and 4 thighs. The leg pieces were actually good — spicy, had a nice kick, and I could feel it. That part was solid. But the thighs were just okayish. Like, none of us — we were 3 people — found anything special in those. They just didn’t hit the mark. The sauces were great, though. Honey mustard, garlic mayo, and one more I forgot — all of them were on point. Fries? Average. Not bad, but not great either — I’d give them a 6/10. Here’s how I’d rate it: Leg pieces: 7/10 Thighs: 4/10 Fries: 6/10 My friend rated the overall experience 6/10, and honestly, I’d say the same. The order came super fast, like we ordered and they handed it right away. So yeah, quick service — probably prepped already. But if you ask was it worth it? I'd say it was just okayish. I had 3 pieces but still didn’t feel full or satisfied. My friends felt the same. So, not really something I’d go back for. If you’re curious, sure, try it once — but don’t expect anything amazing.

I tried the chicken and wings straight . It was terrible . IDK why the chicken tasted bitter from the inside . My friend also noticed this , but there was no bitterness in the wings (strange). In images it can be looked that the chicken pieces were good , but in reality the their size were very small and there there were some chicken wings which were smaller than my small finger . I'll not recommend this and it was a total waste of money.

Worst experience at Dum X Broast on Jail Road, Lahore. The fries were fine but the chicken broast had a disgusting rotten smell. When I complained, the staff were completely ignorant and didn’t care at all about the feedback — I had to return the broast because it was inedible. On top of that, they don’t even have basic hand wash facilities for customers, which clearly shows how little they care about hygiene. No wonder they serve rotten chicken with such confidence. Extremely poor food quality, zero hygiene, and pathetic customer service. Never going back!

I recently tried the single deal at Dumx Broast’s Jail Road branch, which cost me 950 PKR including tax. The deal included one leg and one 1 piece of broast, bun, fries, a dip, and a drink. Starting with the food: the broast was unfortunately not as tender as I expected—it was a bit on the harder side, and the overall taste was just average. Fries and dip were standard, nothing exceptional. The location itself is quite busy and in a rushy area, which might not suit those looking for a calm dining experience. I had to wait around 15 minutes for my order, which is reasonable given the crowd. On a positive note, the service was good. The staff was cooperative and polite, which made the experience better despite the food being underwhelming. Verdict: ✔️ Good service ✔️ Cooperative staff ✖️ Broast could be softer and more flavorful ✖️ Busy location might be inconvenient for some Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re nearby and craving broast, but don’t expect anything extraordinary.

Tried Dumx Broast yesterday. The broast had an overall good taste, and the zinger burger was also nice, though the injected flavors in the zinger and especially Broast could be more pronounced. All the sauces leaned on the sweeter side — even the chipotle lacked spice. At their Shadman branch, the ambience and environment could use improvement. The entrance area has good cooling, but the space near the counters is uncomfortably hot because staff frequently open and close that side’s door. The kitchen is also very close to the seating area, which wasn’t ideal. Staff were nice and friendly, but the restaurant needs better handwashing and bathroom facilities. My daughter urgently needed a washroom, and we were directed to a public toilet that was extremely dirty — definitely not a good experience for families.

📍DUMX The best broast in town. I went @dumx_official Samnabad to try their best broast deals! I ordered their “ Quarter deal” and Half broast deals” It was seriously enough for 2-3 Person! The broast was juicy🫶🏻 And after that i ordered their “Sweet chili wings” Loaded fries” and their best “Peach iced tea drink”❤️

This was one of my worst experiences. Maybe it’s not always like this, but for me, when I started eating, the food seemed fine at first — but the meat was raw on the inside. I still tried to ignore it, but the worst part was that the meat had a bad smell and there was blood in it. Pictures are attached. I showed it to the manager and returned. never gonna try again

Food is really tasty and in good volume. Presentation is good but in paper packing even glasses are also disposable plastic. The place is small. But again food is served hot ànd it gives a unique taste.

A good place for Broast lovers. The service and ambiance is good but they need to look into meat quality. The broast needs to be tender inside and less oily. The last time I visited there, the chicken pieces were a little hard to chew and reddish inside. Also, the pieces were very oily, seems that they served us reheated/refreshed meat. Average recommended.

DUMx Broast is a decent place for broast lovers. The chicken is crispy, fresh, and served hot. Flavors are good, not too spicy. Service is okay and prices are reasonable. A nice spot for a quick meal.

I just visited DUMx and ordered one and a half chicken broast. The experience was exceptional! The chicken was incredibly crispy and flavorful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Planned to have a Broast Today. I had Broast from Dajaj & Cluckin .. Both Were Best. Today I chose DumX (shadman) instead of Bunjoja. Overall Food was Good in Taste. But its Crisp isn't as good as that of Dajaj. Fries are Tasty. Extremely Overcrowded. Sitting is Good for Individuals but not much for Families. Taste: 8.5/10 Service: 9/10 Ambiance: 7/10 WOM: 8.5/10 Overall: 8.5/10

This time's dinner was absolutely not up to the mark. They don't change the cooking oil promptly, which caused a bitter taste from the breast (chicken?). When I complained to the waiter, I got the usual stereotypical response: "No one has complained until now. You're the first customer." Anyway, if this kind of attitude continues, the effects will show up soon. The seating space is extremely limited. The seats are so small, like a nursery classroom for kids. The service is usually decent. Parking is generally available, except a bit of an issue on weekends. Babar Badsha. Lahore
