Stayed in the apartment for close to 1 year in F block.. To and fro between the builder and the society for the structural issues. Constant passing the buck between the builder and society management. The quality of materials used are sub standard. The tiles in the bathroom started cracking and chipping.. Bathroom frames and leakage observed.. Much better options available in the vicinity. Behaviour by maintenance team is appalling!

Lived here for about 2 years. The society is well maintained with good facilities and is safe. Very good proximity to Bagmane Constellation tech park. However, avoid renting apartments from property managers (specifically Shiva Kumar/ Citadel Property Management). The rent charged by Shiva is minimum 5-10k/ month, over what owners will charge. He will regularly request for rent 10-15 days in advance, default on maintenance charges causing outages and other challenges at the apartment. We had to chase him for 2 months to recover our deposit which has been a pain. He eventually returned a partial sum, deducted random charges, and continues to ask for extensions on the remaining amount.

Very well maintained society. With easy access to oor . Upcoming Mento station is next to it

Lived here for 1 year. Closest Apartment to Bagmane tech park and is newly constructed. Flats and rooms are spacious. But expensive on the other end.

Durga Petals was one among the few projects I shortlisted, which met my criteria to begin with. I had the opportunity to thoroughly examine this project, across multiple visits and discussions with many stakeholders. I will try to be as objective as possible, cover both the pros and cons. Objective is to help buyers. Pros: - Great location - Lots of amenities - A community of this size, a project of this scale, with that many amenities, right on the Outer Ring Road is a rare one. For those of us, who are looking for something on the ORR, and also prefer a big community - there are very few options available - Durga Petals being one of them - The builder claims the metro station is planned right at the entrance of the apartment where the Shell petrol pump stands right now - Builder also claims they use superior building technology in the form of concrete walls which as per them is better than the regular brick work Cons: - There's a graveyard right next to the property. Particularly, if you are buying in tower J, it comes with a complimentary uninterrupted graveyard view. Not much of an issue for the Ready-To-Move towers in phase 1 I would think since they don't enjoy this view. Despite multiple site visits, telephonic and whatsapp conversations with the sales rep - this information was never disclosed voluntarily (the visits I refer to were for tower J). Looks like it's a standard practice in the industry. The onus of not being fooled by omission of information by the seller lies with the buyer. A picture of this graveyard view as it looks from the master bedroom in tower J, is enclosed with this review for your viewing pleasure. This graveyard has thick vegetation around it, so it's very easy to miss it unless you are a keen observer. When I asked the salesman what is that area - I was told - "sirf 4-5 logo ko dafnaya hai". Look closer and you will find many more than 4-5. - I found the layout and the architecture too congested. They have tried to squeeze in too many units to improve the project margins. More often than not, you will find the balconies and windows facing other apartments. Scores very poor on privacy in my honest opinion. - Unless you were an early buyer, most leftover units in the RTM ohase 1 towers have very poor view from balcony, windows - In the RTM towers, the way these flats are designed, almost every flat has one room that has very poor lighting. If you have done a site visit, you will know what I am talking about. -Water is an issue here, I am told by people who are already staying here. -I see a lot of pretty reviews about their salesmen on here. My experience was quite the opposite though - starting with the trust deficit that arose as a result of my salesman trying to sell me my dream house with a graveyard view. There is also a certain Mr. Niranjan here who I found is too big for his own boots. That said, they certainly have some good salesmen too - there are always exceptions - don't mean to discredit them. My verdict: I decided against investing in this property since many of the cons are way too important to compromise for me.

Hey Akhil Kapoor, I think they are fairly priced in comparison with others who are yet to put up the structure when Petals is ready to move in. Location & quality matters more than a brand & a brand comes with premium for nothing. Before buying a 2 bhk flat I visited 2-3 branded developer & decided to invest in Petals as their offer was transparent & quality of construction is good. This is my honest feedback about project.

Durga Petals is a large society with ample open 🌌 space and multiple high-rise🗼 towers. It offers easy access to the Outer Ring Road and has a metro 🚇 station coming up nearby. The location is prime, close to Rainbow 🌈 🏥 hospital, with major tech parks in the vicinity. The apartment is well-maintained, and the amenities are in excellent condition. The clubhouse features an infinity ♾️ water 🌊 pool, foosball, table tennis 🏓, billiards 🎱, a pool table , badminton 🏸, and squash. The construction quality is solid, 🪨 with Towers A-G offering good ventilation , though other 🗼 towers are adequate. However, the builder 🧔🕴️ is taking time to complete all amenities, which is the only downside. Overall, it's worth considering for purchase.

Amazing experience , managment is good. Cleanliness,open space,children playing area along with all beautiful amenities. Happy living here.

Society is nice and near the ORR but metro construction is leading to too much of traffic. And some of the amenities frequently go under maintenance. If you are shifting as family then it’s very nice as society but try to rent the flat directly from the owner if possible

Loved this place. Had been there four times. The properties are new and really good to live in. There are so many wings and flats. The property is worth living and is accompanied with all the possible facilities. The security guards are active and they will stop you at the main gate itself. Besides you can find a swimming pool here, though it's a bit small. Sports arenas like valley ball court, Tennis courts are also there. Community hall, and many other amenities available inside the campus. I would recommend this to people if they are planning to buy or rent a flat. It's on the main road and an add on all the falicities like hospital, markets, offices are there.

Large and spacious with many Towers. Good residential space. Conveniently located with good access to ORR. Metro connectivity will be a boon in future...Work in progress. Buildings look neat; common areas are well kept. Relatively new project established with all amenities. The club is 24/7 for now with access to pool table, fuss ball, table tennis, carrom and chess. Construction looks good too.

Hello Friends, the apartment is okay, but the people here are not good, like the president here.

Been living here for a year. The project is not handed over even after 9 years of starting. Pathetic construction quality, seepage in 30% of flats. Basement has leakage and seepage in 70% parking spaces. There are people who are waiting for even basic things like electricity meter handover for 5 years. It's been 9 years but club house is still not complete. Every single amenity provided is substandard in terms of size and material used. Builder is forever non responsive. Every single amenity mentioned in brochure is incomplete, sub standard and is rotting and rusting even before handover. Buy any flat from this builder at your own risk and if you don't care about investing the money or burning it outright. PS - if only there was a possibility of giving negative stars would have given million negative stars. Feel free to reply if u want more details, will be happy to help. Also, not posting it to demean anyone and don't have any personal Vendetta. Have been living here so have documentary proof of everything.

This society has arbitrary rules that harras bachelors. There is a moving out charge that works differently for families and for bachelors. There is no rime or reason for their so called rules. They make up arbitrary rules and expect everyone to abide by them. It's time someone dragged the association to court.

Had there been option to post the feedback without a start I would have done that. Pros: NONE just staff is a bit courteous and had shown me 4-5 flats. Cons: The whole project has too many flats and that too very close to each other it felt like it is slums for middle class people. A. Phase 2 is next to Graveyard with more than a dozen of graves. Which gave me negative and depressing vibes. B. Phase 2 is yet not given to association as corrupt builders have not completed the work what they committed. C. To my surprise, the old phase people have been living here without amenities which were promised to them and it is still under construction. D. New N & P towers are very close to road and railway track. Lots of noise and disturbance and they have absolutely no view from balcony. E. N & P towers are close to Rainbow hospital and to make life more uneasy the hospital releases smoke which come very often to this tower. F. Whole project they are demanding high cost which disgusts me as the quality of construction is compromised flats are too close to one another. G. Not enough space for parks. My kid felt suffocated in their vicinity before I could say no he refused to come here. Conclusion Durga Petals is absolute waste of money and a bad investment. Overpriced for such congested and poor construction. Soon companies will start be shifting close to Airport I see Aerocity as a more promising investments. But the above observation is my judgement you may take yours. visit them and take wise decisions for your hard earned money. I was going through reviews of others as well and I observe good reviews by their staff members, which is quite suspicious. Why do staff need to drop reviews for this location? See for yourself

Just love this society's great ambiance. Everything is good here the facility the tower is upto 12th floor and they maintained the infrastructure very well. This society is located near to Bagmane tech park and every tech park is located nearby 5 -8 KM. Nearby metro is KR puram but the metro rail work is in progress and will take little more time to complete. I just love the club house of this society and the playing areas as well. There is one school in the campus which is for the small kids. Overall i enjoyed a lot here.

We have been staying here for 3 months now. The location and connectivity is great and the build quality and general facilities are fine. The project is under development and most of the amenities are under constructions, so as a tenant you do not get to use them for the short period you would stay here. The biggest problem here is the construction noise for all the work going on, they start work early and sometimes it starts at 6 AM and goes till 12 PM in the in night. it is difficult to stay with this noise all day along and it is difficult to sleep after the sounds comes in. Please make sure you check for sounds before taking the flat here. The constructions light are left on at night, giving problem to the flats opposite to them. Be careful if you are choosing this for short stay. I would imagine after a year or so, this problem would go away and then it will be a much better place to stay.

Good infrastructure with great views & facilities. One of the best Apartment in East Bangalore. Been Staying in this place for 1 year now. The best part is my grandparents too now live here and their life has also changed for the better with Senior citizen Amenities. Easy Accessing basic needs like medical shop, grocery store, food shops etc in the society premises. Conveniently located close to my Workplace & have Work from Home office cubicles features in society
