Dusit Doha Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Dusit and truly enjoyed our family getaway. As a Dusit Gold member, I was pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded to a suite, which made our stay even more comfortable and special. We booked more than 8 rooms and an apartment for our group, and the staff handled everything smoothly and professionally. A special thank you to the team for making my son Jacob's birthday extra memorable by surprising him with a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and he was genuinely happy and touched by the kindness. The facilities were excellent, but my favorite part was definitely the pool and jacuzzi. They were clean, relaxing, and became the highlight of our stay. Our group spent a lot of time there, creating wonderful memories together. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. Thank you to the entire Dusit team for the exceptional hospitality. Our group had so much fun that some of the kids and teens were already asking, "When can we do this again?" We look forward to coming back and creating more memories here in the future.

I had a truly wonderful Iftar experience at Qureshi Bukhara at Dusit Doha Hotel. The food was absolutely outstanding — rich flavors, perfectly cooked grills, and an authentic step-up. The Iftar spread was generous, beautifully presented, and full of traditional favorites that felt both comforting and indulgent. A special mention to Mr. Saeed for his warm hospitality and attentive service. He made the evening even more pleasant with his professionalism and welcoming attitude. It was truly a lovely Iftar experience with great ambiance, delicious food, and excellent service. This is my third time staying at Dusit Doha Hotel, and it’s always a pleasure to be here. The staff are consistently accommodating and welcoming. Although I was hoping for a room upgrade, I completely understand since it’s peak season. I especially love the breakfast buffet, and the hotel itself is always clean and smells amazing. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, which makes every stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Steve and Nikita for facilitating such a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Great place to stay with big bath tub in room. Dining experience during breakfast was beyond expectations. All staff were diligently working and food were replenished well. Thank so much Dusit and for your staffs hospitality. Credits should be given to your hardworking staffs Yoon, Ramesh, Ankita & Pan Pan, including those whom I could not get their names. By the way, omelette were excellently served hot according to my preference. Kudos everyone!

I had an amazing experience at the hotel bar, and the waiter truly made it exceptional. He was highly professional, attentive, and had a great attitude the entire time. His service was quick, precise, and always delivered with a genuine smile. He created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere that made me want to stay longer. Our family had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to the outstanding hospitality we received from Steve Omondi, the Front Desk Assistant Manager. From the moment we arrived, Steve went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. His warm, professional, and attentive service truly stood out. I would like to highlight the excellent cleaning work carried out by Mr. José in the apartment. From the very beginning, he demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and great attention to detail. The space was left spotless—everything perfectly organized, clean, and clearly cared for in every room. The thorough cleaning of surfaces, floors, and more difficult areas was especially noticeable, leaving the environment not only clean but also very pleasant. Additionally, Mr. José was always friendly, respectful, and committed to delivering high-quality service. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, efficient, and dedicated. Without a doubt, outstanding work!

The quality and diversity of the food were outstanding. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, with lovely music that added to the overall ambiance without being overwhelming. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Dusit Hotel Doha for Iftar. للأسف كانت إقامتي في فندق Dusit Doha من أسوأ التجارب. تعامل الإدارة وموظفي الاستقبال كان سيئ وغير احترافي. انتظرت وقت طويل جداً لحامل الحقائب بدون أي اهتمام. الأهم أن الغرفة التي حجزتها لم تكن متوفرة عند وصولي، وتم إعطائي شقة بحجة أنها ترقية، لكنها كانت متسخة جداً وغير نظيفة والأثاث قديم ومستهلك. طلبت تعديل الحجز وتم نقلي إلى سويت آخر، لكنه كان أسوأ من السابق من حيث النظافة وحالة الأثاث (مهترئ وغير مناسب). تجربة مخيبة جداً ولا أنصح بهذا الفندق أبداً.

We had the pleasure of experiencing Iftaar at Dusit Doha Hotel in West Bay, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The variety of dishes on offer was impressive, with an abundance of delicious options to choose from. As always, Majjouti was an exceptional host, ensuring everything was perfect and making the evening even more memorable.

I had a really comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel, and a big reason for that was the amazing housekeeping team. The rooms were always kept very clean, neat, and well maintained. I’d especially like to appreciate Xavier and Nazim from the housekeeping team. They were extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist. Whenever I asked for anything—extra towels, water, toiletries, or room cleaning—it was arranged promptly and with a smile. They genuinely made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly appreciated! 😊

My stay was wonderful thanks to the exceptional maintenance team. When I reported a minor issue with the air conditioning, they arrived promptly and resolved it within 10 minutes. They were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The entire hotel looks well-maintained and cared for — great job!

Great place to stay, especially because of the amazing staff. Girish from housekeeping was exceptional, and Wimani from housekeeping was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Their warmth and assistance truly made a difference. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Room is neat and tidy. Location is fantastic since it located in the middle of downtown West Bay. Antoinette’s Cafe on the ground floor serve a nice coffee and pastries as well. Special mention to Nadeem and Hassan from the housekeeping and also for Puri and Arista from Antoinette’s. In general, the service and the hospitality are exceptional.
