I recently had a great experience at this hotel and just wanted to share how impressed I was. The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you to Fayaz and Abbas from the Banquet Team, they were absolutely fantastic. You can really see the effort and hard work they put in, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice when staff take real pride in what they do. Also, the Ramadan Iftar buffet, easily one of the best I’ve had. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and everything was beautifully presented. Overall, a wonderful stay with amazing hospitality.

★★★★☆ We stayed at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi on the Stay & Play package and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent each morning. The Stay & Play package was fantastic, allowing us easy access to the theme parks throughout our stay. I also arranged a birthday setup for my wife, and the team executed it perfectly. Everything was prepared exactly as requested, the timing was spot on, and communication before our arrival was excellent. It made the occasion feel very special. The only areas that could be improved relate to organization and queue management. Firstly, the shuttle service to the theme parks needs some form of ticketing or queue system. At busy times, some guests were pushing, cutting lines, and generally creating a chaotic experience. Whether this is managed directly by the hotel or a third party, a more structured process would make a big difference. Secondly, the front desk could benefit from a clearer check-in/check-out queue system. During our stay, there didn’t seem to be an established order for guests waiting to be assisted. People would often walk up ahead of others and get served first, while those who had been waiting longer were overlooked. A simple queue management system and stronger enforcement of a first-come, first-served approach would improve the guest experience considerably. Despite these issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel. The quality of the accommodation, facilities, breakfast, and the excellent service surrounding my wife’s birthday celebration made for a memorable trip.

I had a small concern regarding my room, and it was handled immediately — they changed the room very quickly without any hesitation, which made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. What I appreciated the most is that they never ignored my feedback; responsiveness really makes a difference. A special mention to the hotel manager, who was extremely kind and thoughtful. While I was sitting in the lobby, it felt quite cold, and when I mentioned it, he personally took action and lowered the air conditioning right away. It may seem like a small gesture, but it truly meant a lot to me. This hotel really knows how to take care of its guests and make them feel comfortable. A big thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience.

I recently stayed at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi to celebrate both my birthday and wedding anniversary, making this visit especially meaningful. What made it even more special is that I stayed at the hotel on the exact same dates back in 2016, and returning after all these years brought back many wonderful memories. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and service were exceptional. The hotel continues to maintain its high standards, with comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and a warm atmosphere that made our celebration truly memorable. A special thank you to Mr. Ghazi and Ms. Stella for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable and unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our special occasion. Thank you to the entire team at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi for helping us create new memories while revisiting old ones. We had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi and truly enjoyed our overall experience. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and everyone made us feel warmly welcomed. A special thanks to Mehdi at breakfast, who always assisted us with a smile. He was very pleasant, attentive, and made our mornings even better with his excellent service. Our room was always spotless and well-prepared every day. The housekeeping team did an amazing job making sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the complimentary fruits we received upon check-in — such a thoughtful gesture. Although we were unable to get the names of the housekeeping staff, they were truly superb and deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication. We also had dinner at Benjarong, and it was a fantastic experience. The food and service were excellent, and Ragina was especially wonderful and very accommodating. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Abu Dhabi.

My stay here was very sweet and memorable, all thanks to the excellent service Ms. Maroline rendered to me. She was extremely kind, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. Very good stay with my family, kids like the hotel very much. Breakfast buffet was awesome and tasty with too much variety selections and good ambience also. Highly highly recommend to everyone. You can book this hotel without any fear. Reception staffs was very kind which i was served by staff Mr. Shakir and Mr. Dawood & other staffs too very kind and helpful. Facilities which i only used was swimming pool which was very good for kids and adults. There were other facilities also which i have not used. ******** HIGHLY RECOMMEND ********

A special mention to Shakir, who truly went above and beyond during my stay. After a long flight, he helped arrange an early check-in, which made a huge difference. Later on, he also stepped in to help with some urgent last-minute printing I needed — without hesitation and with such a positive attitude. He was genuinely supportive, professional, and kind throughout, and is a real asset to the team. I’m very grateful for his help. Thank you so much — I’ll definitely be back.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the rooms offered breathtaking views that made the experience even more special. The spa was also exceptional I had a massage with Samgita, and she made me feel completely refreshed and renewed afterwards. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, including many choices for dairy-free guests, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious experience.

We celebrated my friend’s birthday at Urban Kitchen in Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The dinner was absolutely sumptuous, with a great selection of delicious food and a very pleasant ambiance perfect for celebrations. What made our evening even more special was the outstanding service provided by Mr. Mehdi and Ms. Jyoti. They were both very polite, attentive, and accommodating throughout the night, making us feel warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent food, great service, and a lovely place to celebrate special occasions.

I went to this spa as I was staying at the hotel and my therapist Kanyha made me feel amazing! She was so gentle yet applied pressure where needed. I had a body scrub and a facial. She had magic hands. She was highly professional and made sure to cover my whole body. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. Definitely recommend. She also offered me some delicious ginger lemon honey tea after.

The hotel was right in the center from the city and Yas. It was easy to go around. The staff were really appreciative and very respectful. They always serve us with the smile. From the housekeeping staff who made our room very neat and nice to the restaurant staff. Thanks to Mehdi who continues to check our needs while dining, and Prisca, who made us feel very special when we come to dine at the Urban Kitchen.

I discovered Dusit Thani while traveling with Etihad Airways. I had often seen the Dusit brand in Southeast Asia, Guam, and Saipan, so it was especially nice to come across it here in the Middle East. Seeing a familiar hotel brand made me feel instantly comfortable and welcomed. The service was excellent, and both the food and the staff were outstanding. Because of this, I would highly recommend this hotel to others. In particular, the staff at the breakfast restaurant truly stood out. Every morning, they greeted us with warm smiles, and throughout their work, they never lost that positive energy. Their attitude made each morning start on a happy note. During our five-day stay, we naturally became close to the staff. Their friendliness and constant smiles were contagious, and as a result, everyone shared a joyful and memorable five days. One staff member, Mehdi, was especially impressive. He consistently checked on us, made sure we were comfortable, and thoughtfully asked if we needed anything. His sincere care and attention created unforgettable memories for us.

Celebrated private family function at the onyx 2 ballroom at the Dusit Thani Hotel. It was very well organized, delicious food and ambience. Full credit to Daisy, Fayas and team! Another highlight was the decoration by Jason and his team, Alter Ego. Great work!
