Nice and strategic place in the middle of busy area in Al Barsha. It is behind Mall of the Emirates. It has nearby restaurants, Life Pharmacy, Supermarkets and near bus stop. Building is clean and well maintained.

We have been in this building from 2018, we never faced any issues as to maintenance response, admin & security, until 2-3 years ago when we started complaining about bad/foul smell in our office that hasn't been resolved since. It happen when we turb on the AC and smell stays the entire day. Maintenance could not point out what exactly the cause of this smell. We reached out several times but the problem still exist and we are still waitinf for them to resolve it as of writing this review September 2025.

Below average food. Menu is very expensive as per market. Poor quality food. I don’t recommend this place. Restaurant was empty they took for breakfast order at 11 am for 1 hour service. Instgram le food

This building has a stunning interior view going for it. Other than that, location is a bit out of the way, sandwiched between unimpressive buildings but I quite like it's architectural design.

I went to esthetic dental clinic. Dr. manoj was extremely good doctor.

Parking is easily available. However paid parking bit difficult to locate. Building is very neat and clean. Importantly ventilation system is very good. Lifts are well maintained. And cleanliness is key to like the building.

Bad services Money will go

The business centre look pretty decent, not much crowded. The only thing missing is parking, no option offered by the complex to offer visitors parking. Few spots of RTA parking right in the front, but mostly full since shared with a lot of others shops.

Nice building with the offices and the interior is awesome.

#office 606 floor 6 company name Zen Zero I think it's working with ETISALAT & DU the huge and respectful company in UAE, (Zero company)have machines to collect money for conction service, Unfortunately #ETISALAT & DU abandoned us with like servers with (Zero) ,,😣 you must to try TOP UP and make sure to leave balance Dear, that's what gonna happen....::: 1- no one cares about your right ( money balance) you must to contact them. 2- they told you gonna to recharge your number ( using your balance) ." Bay the way I can do it" 3- okay you don't want to recharge you have enough, they will gave you amazing and Magic solution "come to office to collect your cash back ,They will tell you the timing and add to that the timing of their break (not to bother them during the rest). On the CONTRARY, they care about your comfort. Dear customer, they DON'T want to waste your time. Pay attention! 4- COZ you're LAZY!! dear costumer you gonna sending your bank account From same number you did recharge on "Zero" machine, but they don't like too keep you on that situations (laziness) , no Dear you must come to al Barsha 1 , floor 6 , office number 606 to get your cash back!?

Very professional and everything and all options were explained in detail. Very clean and all covid precautions were in place for patients and Staff. Affordable options for your budget explained to you. More work to be done highly recommended
