Thank you, Emovers KSA team! I recently used your home relocation service, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment the job started, the team handled everything professionally. They carefully labeled all the items during packing, and when they reached the new location, everything was placed perfectly according to the labels. My wife was very happy with the entire process. I have moved several times in KSA, but this is the first time I truly experienced such professional and organized service. Choosing Emovers KSA was definitely the right decision. I took EMovers service from Abu Dhabi to Riyadh, till I booked the services things were very smooth. The actual packaging was informed as 1 CBM more than the proposed CBM whereas charged 3 times for additional CBM compared to quotation given. Packaging was good but I had to put extra efforts to make sure they use the proper space, many boxes were 40% filled with fillings and packaging materials, may be to increase the CBM and increase the bill amount. When the cargo was delivered in KSA, the staff in KSA had zero knowledge of furniture assembly, 4 people took more than 90 mins to assemble one wardrobe, when I informed the POC who happened to be General Manager about the assembly and the overall quality of work, he was on denial mode. Last and the most important: Team took the boxes where few items were still in the box. Within 10 mins I called them back informing few items were not given or missing, but as expected the team did not agree. I am writing this review after one month, after making sure I might have kept it somewhere and forgot, but now it’s clear, they did not empty all boxes and took along with them.
