My friend recommended your restaurant, and I’ve been ordering from you occasionally. But today was unacceptable. I ordered Chicken Salona, which is always 9 AED for one standard size. Yet the bill showed the Chicken Salona as 13 AED — 4 AED extra for no reason. When I asked why, the staff gave excuses about “multiple sizes” and avoided answering. I will attach the photos. Stop changing prices and then trying to blame the customer.

Had a great meal at Eat and Drink Restaurant! The mutton soup was absolutely delicious—thick, flavorful, and definitely deserving of 5 stars. The chicken charcoal (full) was juicy and tasty, so I’d give that a solid 4 stars. The restaurant is conveniently located roadside, though parking can be a bit tricky to find. They’ve also arranged seating outside the store, which was okay. Overall, a nice spot for a satisfying meal!

Good food and very spacious dining area, ample parking space available also. Spicy Tandoori BBQ Charcoal chicken is a must try here. Overall very good dining experience 👌

The food is too good and especially the tandoori charcoal, which is absolutely just awesome, fluffy, and juicy. It's so good every time. Try that one and the complimentary soup mutton thick constancy and so many mutton pieces also any way worth it for that and the quality also good 👍

I absolutely love Eat and Drink Maysaloon branch! The food and drinks here have such unique flavors and high quality. As a regular visitor, I mostly opt for takeaways, but dining in is just as fantastic. The restaurant offers a wide range of seating options, including a family room. With most orders being placed online, the place is often less crowded, which adds to the pleasant dining experience. If you're a fan of Chinese, Arabic, or Indian cuisines, this is the place to be. Personally, I can't get enough of their Chicken Charcoal - the flavor is out of this world! The meat in all their dishes is always tender and juicy, and they use just the right amount of spices to enhance the flavors without overwhelming them. Highly recommended for all food lovers! In addition, the parking infront of the shop is still free! Enjoy !!

My family and I have been loyal customers of the Eat and Drink branch on University Road for nearly 10 years, consistently choosing them for their quality. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. I ordered the beef porotta sandwich (6 AED), which contained only two small pieces of beef. When I brought this to the cashier's attention, my concerns were dismissed. Rather than addressing the issue, the staff insisted it wasn't possible. It is disappointing to have a decade of loyalty met with such poor customer service and a lack of accountability regarding food portions.

Very Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Staff Behavior I visited Eat and Drink, Sharjah today around 2:30 PM to have lunch and ordered a half portion of Tandoori Spicy Chicken. However, the behavior of the waiter, Mr. Sameer, was completely unacceptable. His angry gestures and rude attitude were extremely irritating. He asked me to change my seat, but the way he expressed his anger — even slamming the table sheet down angrily — was highly unprofessional. My family and my friends’ families have been regular visitors to this branch based on my recommendation, mainly because of the good food quality. But after this incident, I will no longer choose or recommend this branch to anyone. I strongly urge the management to take this matter seriously — either by training staff properly on how to treat customers with respect or by not retaining such employees who tarnish the restaurant’s reputation. A restaurant’s food may attract customers once, but good service and respectful behavior are what make them return. Sadly, this branch failed in that today.

Their beef spicy shwarma is just too juicy. It slaps hard!!! But their shwarma portion is so small sadly.

Charcoal they served to me. It's overcooked and burned all over when I raise the issue the way they responded me was really disappointed they are saying it's a skin I don't know that chicken have skin on both side 😁😁 when I show the inside part of chicken then also they are keep saying that's a skin. I had hot and sour chicken soup .and it's the best. I went again only for the soup. Delicious food and serving. Best soup destination for this winter.

Went to order food, I think worst branch ever of eat and drink. Not once twice got disappointed, Ask for a sandwiche 2 different times got old bread, once they delivered home and today another day i returned it while I was ordering it at the restaurant even the chicken in sandwiche didnt seem fresh. Ordered 2 pomegranate juice as well which had 80% water. I have paid for the order and returned it, witout asking for refund cos i dont want to argue n they where blaming the modern bakery for providing old bread. Be careful while ordering guys I think branch is not same as other once. Very careless staff, it's risky to order from such place

I tried the mix grill and chicken bbq. It's worth going there good quantity with quality

I went there yesterday around night, I wanted a refund because if the staff attitude he was treating me like I am illiterate and do not know anything and saying things like “what will you do”.the staff is extremely rude, NEVER VISIT AND WASTE UR MONEY HERE.
