We had an amazing breakfast there. Wonderful atmosphere. Nice view. Very accommodating to allergies. Very nice. Kind staff. We shopped for Italian groceries after we finished. They even had cooking classes.

We had a fantastic family lunch at Eataly, Dubai Festival City, and it was an experience that exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The food was fresh, authentic, and beautifully prepared. We enjoyed the Caesar Salad, Funghi Fettuccine, and the Pomodori Marinati & Burrata Pizza, all of which were packed with flavour and showcased the quality ingredients that Eataly is known for. The meal was perfectly rounded off with an indulgent selection of desserts, including Panna Cotta and several flavours of Venchi Gelato, with the pistachio being a particular favourite. What made our visit truly memorable, however, was the exceptional hospitality. Lynette, our server, was absolutely wonderful—sweet, cheerful, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and ensured that everything was perfect throughout our meal. A special mention also goes to Sangeeta, the manager, who was incredibly courteous, warm, and informative. She took the time to engage with us, answer our questions, and ensure we were having a great experience. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident and greatly appreciated. Great food is important, but outstanding service is what brings guests back, and both Lynette and Sangeeta made our lunch truly special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine paired with warm, genuine hospitality. We look forward to returning soon! 🇮🇹🍕🍝🍨👏🌟

The ravioli is tossed in a rich flavorful tomato sauce balanced with creamy burrata. The pizza was thin with generous amount of cheese and the crust was airy and crisp on the outside. Joseph was attentive, friendly and had a smile to make our day.

Just finished our cooking class. It was brilliant. Super fun and tasted so nice. Lovely fresh ingredients and great to get to know the team. Bassant and Chef Yam were really accommodating and bent over backwards to make sure we had a great time. We’ll be back for some Kids classes!

Eataly is one of our fave place to hang out and to indulge our sweet tooth. Their Venchi chocolate crepe is amazing matching up with their signature coffees. The food is always fresh, massive selection and with premium Italian rich taste. Shanky shows initiative and great customer service. Must try and visit👍🏻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un angolo d’Italia nel cuore di Dubai Sono stato da Eataly Dubai all'interno del Mall collegato con l'Intercontinental hotel con due colleghi e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente memorabile. Abbiamo iniziato con un piatto di spaghetti al pomodoro che sembrava uscito direttamente dalla cucina di mia nonna: semplice, autentico, perfetto. A seguire, una pizza metà margherita e metà con salame che ci ha fatto dimenticare di essere a Dubai—sembrava di essere in una pizzeria napoletana di alto livello. Il caffè espresso era eccellente, degno dei migliori bar italiani. Ma la vera sorpresa è arrivata quando, dopo aver fatto i complimenti a Taher (gentilissimo e professionale) e alla manager, ci hanno offerto un tiramisù e un dolce al cioccolato: entrambi spettacolari, degni di una pasticceria gourmet. Il conto? Molto favorevole, soprattutto considerando la qualità e la location. In un contesto internazionale come Dubai, trovare un’autenticità così genuina è raro. 🔝 Consigliatissimo per chi cerca il vero gusto italiano, con un servizio impeccabile e un’atmosfera accogliente. Always a pleasure to eat at Eataly!! It was my first time in Dubai festival city branch and so far this is their best location in my opinion. No tourists just residents, amazing light and view. The food delicious and the waiters very welcoming.

We had a great experience dining here. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Edison, he made us feel welcome and ensured we had amazing service. We had one of the best pizzas in Dubai. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back again

one of my favourite restaurants, everything was so tasty! we had delicious lasagna, perfectly cooked salmon, roasted potatoes and mushrooms. I loved sitting outside, enjoying the fresh air and the atmosphere.

10/10 service - would literally come back just for the excellent service from Kristah. Felt like a family style Italian restaurant! Food wise we had the homemade potato crisps, buratta salad, goat cheese salad, aubergine parmigiana, margherita pizza and the spaghetti with mushrooms. Honestly better than the Eataly in London.

Quality food made from fresh ingredients. Geneve and Joseph provided excellent customer service and were very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our visit to Eataly and will definitely come back.

Outstanding service from the beggining until the end! It was our first time in Eataly even though we live in dubai for so many years, and we had a very good experience. The food was impeccable and has a really authentic Italian tasty, so it was a well spent money. Thank you especially to our dear waiter Jonesa for taking good care of us and for providing so much attention to the details. We will definitely come back, and we strogly recommend the visit here :)

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to assist customers especially Edison. Orders were served on time, and the crew maintained a welcoming attitude throughout the visit. The food was delicious and served fresh and hot. The serving size was satisfying for the price. The restaurant was clean, organized, and comfortable. The lighting and seating arrangement created a relaxing environment for dining with family and friends. Despite having many customers, the place still felt enjoyable and lively. I can't wait to go there again!

The most amazing venue for my daughters 8th birthday. We did pizza making from scratch. Staff were fabulous. Food was divine and the whole experience was so memorable, will come again x x x
