Every team member I've interacted with, from the customer service representatives to the cleaning lady, has been incredibly polite and professional. I would like to give a special commendation to Hazel, my point of contact. She was exceptionally helpful, taking the time to understand my specific needs and arranging a perfect cleaning schedule. She paired me with Princess for the actual cleaning, who did a phenomenal job. Princess is not only very polite but also incredibly thorough and efficient. She clearly takes great pride in her work. Very bad customer service. Also, whenever they send a good lady, she starts to be always fully booked. They make it too hard for the client to have one preferred lady and zero appointment flexibility even though i've been their client for almost two years. So disappointed.

They are not professional i had a very bad experience with them who ever is answering the texts on what’s app she is not professional at all they don’t send good maids to you at all they are very slow don’t clean anywhere waste of money i don’t recommend

Had 4 efficient, pleasant & helpful maids to do end of Lease deep clean in my large Villa. They did everything as requested within 5 hour timeframe & I would highly recommend their service. Great service, I have been with them for long time now, and never disappointed. Best coordinator , always respond at all times . Rina does my service and she is great, kind , polite, always follow instructions as requested and always doing her best. I would never change her with someone else at all.

Reliable service. Girls work hard and quick to go through the house. They are trained and have a certain set routine. In general they don't seem to understand the difference between a quick clean and a deep thorough clean. If you want certain details to be tackled you have to give very specific instructions. ie a quick clean of the bedroom takes 20 minutes and so does a deep clean unless I micro manage.

Loved there service from the first time! Very professional team and service providers - Rina is really good, quite, listens to instructions and very gentle with babies. You do not have to repeat yourself twice about anything related to cleaning the house. Highly recommend Ecomaid to everyone in Dubai👍🏼

They sent me a cleaner for 3 hours she couldn’t finish a 1 bedroom apartment I had to help her vacuum and clean she wasted most of her time packing the equipment. She left the house and didn’t put anything back as they were before like the carpet and coffee table and dining table. Her time was suppose to finish at 6 she ran out the door by 5.30 and leaving all this mess behind her. I am so disappointed since I read a lot of good reviews on google but the reality was different! Not recommended

I have been using Ecomaid for quite some time and I must say I was very impressed with their level of efficiency. They were prompt and provided an excellent service. The cleaning was done exceptionally well and I will definitely continue using their service in the future. Would like to mention that Christine who is the coordinator was professional and provided a very courteous service.
