Just had the beehive removed from our plant pot in the balcony! I’m very happy with the service and the team. Explained everything about the bees and most important - carefully removed all of them without harming or killing. This was my main concern - not to kill the bees but keep them alive and give new home somewhere else, BUT not on my balcony 😂 Thank you a lot for a quick response and great service.

Team arrived on time and had all of the correct equipment. Quickly removed wasp nest and treated the surrounding area. The team then worked inside, removing and treating for cockroaches. They were very communicative and helpful throughout. Same day service at the weekend. Highly recommended.

Very professional service. They were quick and helpful to arrange the work and the quote for a wasps and a spiders nest, and arrived 30 mins later. They did the work very fast and also were careful about pets, giving good advice on making sure the pets were safe from any treatment done outside. 100% recommend.

Very friendly. And probably the only company I found that doesn’t kill the bees. Instead they take them alive somewhere safe to continue building their hive. Faisal was so nice, he explained the whole journey of the bees and what was happening on our balcony. He first located the queen and worked from there!

Very careful removal of Asian Dwarf Bee colony in our garden. Very happy that the bees will be released into a new environment. I also learned a lot about the process and the bees due to great communication from the team. Preservation of pollinators is important!

What a brilliant service. We contacted via whatsapp and the response was 2 minutes. The team sent out a technician straight away and the advice was 2 days for the strategy to work. The team came back after 2 days and we had a caught mouse. The team said if we had any further issues to contact straight back. We definitely recommend for their professionalism and promptness. Cost was great as it worked. We had tried over the counter remedies but nothing had worked. Recommend!

What a brilliant service. I contacted at 5am and the response was immediate. The team sent out two technician at 9am and they said 2 days for the strategy to work. The team came back after 2 days but the mouse was not caught, but later that evening the mouse was trapped. Relieved!! Absolutely fantastic follow up customer service. Child and Pet friendly service. As soon as I messaged over a month after the treatment that I had noticed a German cockroach, the team arrived and carried out a complete RE-treatment at no extra cost. Very good job done. Update 26.6.21I really recommend Ecopest as they are professional and very friendly with great customer service and helpful. We got again ants and they came and helped fast and without charge as it is included for 3 month. I definitely want to book again for renewal as they work very good. Let me start by thanking their marketing team . Last time I made a review and i gave them a star immediately they took the action and report that to the supervisor to call me . The supervisor was very kind and supportive and came again to do the second round inspection. Unfortunately it did not fix the issue .I contacted another company which their team was very knowledgeable and showed me immediately the source of the cockroach and made the treatment. The 2 star is for their marketing team and the politeness of the supervisor...ONLY

I had them come to treat the termite issue i had . Mr. Faisal arrived early on the day and went through the area to be covered and treated and explained the procedure step by step . The team arrived on time and were very quick and professional . They were able to identify the area infested and treated it right away . I was also happy with the fact that Mr. Faisal stayed on site all day and made sure to update me and show me the steps implemented . Fantastic service by the team at Ecopest. Excellent communication and arrived at my villa as scheduled. I had a major cockroach infestation when I moved in. The team at Ecopest came and thoroughly laid bait and insect killer, they inspected all drains and laid bait . I was concerned about the products on my child and cats but rest assured the products used were child and pet friendly. 100% recommended.
